Stopped working after 2 months
My husband and I purchased this toothbrush based on the many positive reviews. After just a couple of months, my toothbrush malfunctioned, buzzing uncontrollably in the middle of the night. It wouldn’t stop until the battery completely drained, and it hasn’t worked since. To make matters worse, the same thing happened to my husband's toothbrush as well.We reached out to customer support, and while we were promised replacements, it's now been over four months, and we haven't received anything. We've also been unable to reach them again, as their voicemail is consistently full and never get a response from their support email, even after sending emails multiple times.Overall, we had high hopes for this product due to the positive reviews and its affordable price. Honestly I've bought several off brand products and sometimes they're great and sometimes they are.... disapointing... However, what will always encourage me to leave a negative review is a company offering a warranty and then ghosting me.

Great Customer Service
I ordered this item and a few months later it stopped working. I contacted the company and they had me send a photo and video and with no hassle send me a replacement quickly. Kudos for great customer service. This is a nice little toothbrush - I do love it and even more because a company that reacts how they did is not common, anymore.

App just doesn’t work. If you buy this only for the app and the pressure sensor don’t waste your money. Just buy the cheap one is way better. Believe me
