This was an eye opening test. The company communicated well, link worked it was easy to download the results, too.

I sent my sample in on 12/20/24. As of today 1/8/25 I still don’t have results. I called number and received voicemail that they didn’t have any one available to talk to me and leave a message. I never received a call back. I think I should get my money back if I’m not going to get results.

*Review Update - so I never got an email with my results but I scanned the card in the kit and my results were ready.I’m not sure how I feel about the results. I feel really good physically. Yet according to the results I am highly reactive to popcorn, peanuts, apples, shrimp, corn etc. These are things I eat often with no problems. It had me moderately allergic to coconut in toiletries which is a big problem for me. And indicated no problem with many items including malitol which I do have a problem with. The kit tests for 1200 items.To use the kit, you go online with the web address they give and register your code or you scan the QR code. Once there you follow the simple directions.The test relies on your hair strands. And according to the directions, it’s fine if your hair is processed. You cut or pull out a few strands of your hair and put it in the included envelope. I was a little concerned on this. I have baby fine light hair. Though I removed 8 strands as my hair is short it blended with the envelope. Thinking they might miss it, I put it in a tiny plastic bag before placing it in the envelope.I filled out the envelope and stamped the outer envelope. According to the box it takes about 5 days to get the online results.Personally I don’t know how they can test for the promised 1200 items with a few strands of hair. And how accurate are the results? I read that many hair tests require more hair and that the hair is pulled from the root not cut - so I’m not sure how this can give 1200 results when the hair sample is so small and they allow you to cut the hair.I am sending off the envelope and looking forward to the results. For now I will give the kit 4 stars for ease of use. Once I get my results I will update my rating.

This test is extremely simple as all it requires is 4-5 strands of hair over 1 inch or 8-10 if under one inch.There’s not a lot in the box. Make absolutely sure to scan the QR code provided to start the process, register your test, answer a few questions about known intolerances or allergies, get the tag to attach to your sample envelope, and provide your contact information.The service commits to a quick 3 to 5 day turnaround once the hair sample is received.Be sure to follow the instructions provided after registering and print these out for your sample label.Important to cut the hair as close to the root as possible as instructed, and it does say that hair dye will not affect results.It is not clear whether hair bleach, including highlighting will impact the test results.The test is not cheap but is it truly can assess the all of the items listed it is a small price to pay.The only thing unclear in the instructions was whether the “sealed bag” for the hair sample was supposed to be the inner sample envelope provided or if you are to put your own sealed bag in that envelope. I places It directly on the sample envelope and then put this in a sealed plastic bag and then finally put that in the large mailing envelope.The package came in what looked like a sample box, see last pic, but that does not seem to be used for hair samples - at least it was not referring in the instructions. Perhaps it is for submitting other test kit samples.I will update this review after results are received, including an assessment of the support provided to interpret results and expert recommendations. But so far, this has been an easy process.

I followed the directions sent in my hair sample and never got any results back. Total waste of my money and I am pissed.

The progress of getting sample ready is pretty easy. The instruction is clear and it comes with a shipping label to send the sample back, which I really appreciate. The result came out pretty quick. I have waited for about 2 weeks.However, I doubt the accuracy of the result. For example, It says that I am high reactive to apple and orange, which is weird. I have been eaten those fruit all the time and I have never had issue with those. It says I am low reactive to cow milk, but in fact, I am sensitive to it. Additionally, I received a lot of ads from them by email after I registered the sample using my email, which very annoying.

I’ve noticed over the years that certain foods make me tired and give me crashes. Eating meals heavy in carbs makes me incredibly unproductive. I’ve taken a DNA test before to discover my family tree. That test gave some insight into my body’s intolerance to certain foods and substances. This kit gives more information. With the results from this test I have the opportunity to rework my diet to fit my body’s needs so I’m less fatigued and more productive.

After paying almost 150 usd for a twin pack I only got one.
