14oz Rockman Tapioca Pearl Small White, Pack of 1

The bag was ripped. The outside padded envelope was in good shape, which gave no indication that I should be careful when removing the contents. When I removed the bag of tapioca pearls, they poured out all over the floor. It took at least 20 min to vacuum the entire floor, as they bounced everywhere. There wasn't even enough pearls left to make one dessert.
