This was really disappointing. I charged it up. I could only fill the heat on High and I went to use it again the next day no charge takes another four hours to recharge it for 1 10 minute session, Not worth it, I am returning it.

The heat could be more intense for my liking. It did help with some severe neck problems I had but in my case it was minimal pain relief. No fault of the product but did feel some good stretching.

Read very close this is only a heated tool to stretch out neck it does not do the stretching for you. It only works to stretch you with gravity so it's basically a heated neck pillow

Don't waste your money. It doesn't provide enough heat to even feel warm even at tha highest setting. It shuts off too early and the full charge doesn't last long. Tech support does not answer emails despite offering 24 hr. reply.

It doesn't do anything other then get hot for ten minutes not what I was looking for.No comfortable I'm still in pain and not worth the money

The product definitely helps with my posture and neck pain but it doesn’t get very warm and I fully expected it to actually massage. It does not. The traction isn’t as strong as other products either.

I haven’t used it yet but I know it will help my neck problems.
