Size guide
The quality is amazing. Loved the style and comfort. Altho there's a slight problem with the size guide. According to the size guide I was supposed to get 5UK but ordered 6UK as per the reviews and it was still small for me. Now I've exchanged it with 7UK which fits perfectly.

Take too much time to refund
Size guide is not perfect . So I return but it taking to long to give refund money back now it over week now 😔. And second shoes which I ordered it also tight but I scared to return. What if they does not refund only then?🙄

The foot is not balancing. Instead of being flat it is slanted and tilting the foots in different direction while walking. Substandard product
