Micro Ingredients Vitamin B1 Benfotiamine is an excellent supplement. I really appreciate that it’s non-GMO, soy-free, and made with coconut oil softgels for better absorption. The 600mg per serving provides strong support, and I can feel the difference in my overall energy and wellness. The 240-count bottle is a great value and lasts a long time. Clean, bioavailable, and reliable—very happy with this product!

What do you say about vitamins? They are easy to take and it's a nice big bottle. So I won't run out soon.

Great product! It has really helped with my tingles and mental clarity. Just beware not to order it in Florida in summer and have it sit on your porch for any length of time. Twice I received it as a melted block, and these capsules cannot be pulled apart like at all. So Amazon, maybe dont just throw these in a plastic bubble bag and use a box with some paper for a little more insulation. 3rd time was the charm. I was home when it was delivered and as soon as it hit the porch I brought it inside. 😆

If you have a hard time swallowing capsules then these might not be the best for you. The capsules are like an oval shape and pretty large. I don’t normally have trouble swallowing supplements but these get lodged in my throat and I have to swallow a piece of bread to get them to go all the way down my throat. It’s kinda scary when you feel like a capsule is stuck and it hurts. So just beware. Otherwise this is a good product.

Good value and good for energy.

This has better brain absorption than regular thiamine.

Of course, MicroIngredients is one of my favorite companies as they provide a generous amount of a quality product with the highest standards, convenience, quality… The bag is resealable so it’s easy to use although the size of the bag may surprise you because you don’t get any fillers in their products so gel caps and other supp containments are not always as big as competitors. That’s a great thing because it makes it easier to swallow. Remember that Benfotiamine, the bioavailable form of vitamin B1 and most people are deficient in it. Look up the benefits and you will want to get this as soon as you can. 600 mg-900 mg daily will help restoring the effects of neuropathy along with R-alpha Lipoic acid in equal dosage. R-Lipoic acid is the preferred bioavailable form.

Have only just begun using it. No side effects so that’s great.
