Uncontrollable need to hoard cats. Sentences end with "dearie". An unusual amount of butterscotch or peppermint appear in your house. Jokes aside, this thing is amazing. I have TOS that hurts my shoulder blades, tops of shoulders and trap on back of shoulders. Hits all these spots and gives me relief with the way it's made and still comfortable. The heat up is fast, and like how adjustable it is for different heat needs. Fabric is soft and strong. Overall great buy!

I've used this heating shawl so much after having my spine surgery. It is comforting and has helped a lot. I gave 4 stars because it doesn't get as hot as I would like it to. Other than that, it's great. It heats up pretty fast and I love that you can adjust the temperature and timer so easily.

Why didn’t I buy this sooner? This is a game changer for me. I have issues with my neck and shoulders. This product is great for relaxing tight muscles and creating a relaxing effect.I like the heat options and timer Options it has. It covers from the top of my neck to my mid back (bra strap). I only wish it had a pocket to place the remote into. I use this while at work at my desk. Placing the remote next to me or behind me is aware because I forget it’s there.The cord length is perfect and the amount of heat this pad provides is beyond perfect. I love this product and will recommend as a relaxing tool and for those tight shoulders and neck muscles.

This heating pad is amazing. It gets warm fast and is made of soft material and having the weight helps so much!! I'd give it a million stars!!!!

Got this heating pad because my neck has been very sore and stiff. Personally I don't think this is worth $30. It's supposed to be weighted but it feels the same as any other flimsy heating pad. I can feel that the beads are only around the bottom perimeter of the heating pad. Touching the rest of it, the cloth is so thin you can easily feel the wires. There is only 1 single heat wire in the neck collar. Also, I don't know if mine is defective, but it doesn't get that hot. Level 6 is the highest heat and it just feels warm. The heat is not evenly distributed throughout at all. The hottest area of the heating pad is the very bottom. Moving up towards the neck, the heat gets significantly less hot. I expected better for this price. I'll be returning this immediately. This is a very disappointing product.

This produced has helped me so much post neck surgery and when It get any next/upper back tension, stiffness or pain. Even modifiable for lower back as needed. Lots of temperature and time options. Very universal. Love it. Thank you!
