The perfect boot
The only style of work boot I've bought for the last 5 years. Once I found this boot I haven't strayed away. I just purchased pair number 5. A very comfortable boot. The wide toe box is great. Quality is unmatched

Super comfortable and durable
Most comfortable boot out there. I've had 4 pairs of them now, usually get a full year out of them. Slip resistance really works well, even in oil. Definitely recommend. Waterproofing is great too. Had them up to the tongue in water and not a drop on my socks

Longest lasting boot I've ever bought
I drive a gas/diesel deliver semi. I've bought almost every brand of boot on the market, but rarely do any last more than 9 months. I even spent over $220 in a pair of Keens that just barely broke the 1 year line. But these lasted me from May 2023 to March 2025, and they're still usable, just no longer waterproof which is incredibly important to my job. I walk in oil products all day long and the soles of these boots never degraded. Truly the best I've ever had and now am starting on the 2nd pair.

Comfortable, lightweight
Nice leather work boots. Lightweight with toe protection. Comfortable after quick 2 day break in period. Great for landscaping.

Tough boots!
I work in the HVAC industry and I’ve worn these boots for 2 years and if I would properly untie my boots and put my foot in, I probably would have gotten more out of it, but the soles and back of the boot deteriorated. Been the most comfortable boot I’ve worn, and does a decent job keeping my feet warm in subzero temperatures. The leather seems to be a good quality, and it fits great because I got the wide size. I’m glad I could get my hands on another pair!

These Boots are Dropping in Quality
These have been my go-to work boots since 2019. I'd get a new pair every one or two years. I feel that the quality has gone down recently. I've had these boots for 3 months total, and probably only used them for 2 months out the 3 months since owning them. I've had one month where I chose to where Muk boots over these due to very wet/muddy conditions. So with that being said, for only 2 months of using these boots for work, and have the stitching coming apart like this is unacceptable.I feel these boots were more common years ago than they are now. And the water resistance is lack luster compared to how they were before. As I said, these were great work boots, but now they don't live up to that quality.I wouldn't recommend Carlhart boots anymore. I'm going to try requesting a refund, but I may have past the window to that.

Love these boots, my most comfortable pair, laces arent the best though
I have a pair of these that are a couple years old and they are my favorite pair and are holding up very well but as I can no longer find them locally and they seem to have been discontinued, I ordered a spare pair off Amazon as they had some old stock. Note the boots are a bit on the heavy side and some might consider bulky but no worse than any other heavy duty boot. I love the black rubber toe tips and quality waterproof leather and nice padding, like stepping in a cloud, at least for me.My only negative is the shoe laces which are a bit stiff and scratchy but I personally just used the laces off a old pair of Timberland boots I had which were much nicer and for these new boots I picked up some nice laces from a local farm/hunting store(Mills Fleet Farm) and tossed the cheap laces that came with these boots. All in all I can't say enough about these boots and they are truly my favorite boots, again like walking on a cloud.
