Great looking mattress, quick delivery and cool to sleep on. While the mattress ended up being a little to soft for me, the companies 100 night guarantee and responsive customer care helped right the situation.

TWO were defective. Original order and replacement both.
This is the "replacement" they delivered because my first mattress was also defective like this. This one is worse than the first. The photos are after EIGHT DAYS of decompressing on my bedroom floor. Clearly defective with curling at the top and bottom, and then over 12" flat at top and bottom, then it puffed up and decompressed in the middle. Totally useless after giving it over double the recommended 72 hours to decompress. KEEP READING for important information on trying to get a refund for a "replacement" that was also defective.This mattress had a "100 night" trial. I didn't even get ONE night because both mattresses are defective. Totally not usable. Trash. When calling about the second defective mattress, Amazon (two customer service reps) said that I would have to put it back in the box and return it via UPS pick up before a refund could be issued. EXCUSE ME. HOW? I don't have specialized equipment to roll and decompress a full size mattress, much less get it back in the box. I don't believe I could find a box big enough to ship it back at 54" x 75". What happened to the "100 night" trial? I never got to even lay on the mattresses, yet they expect me to send it back before I can get a refund. I offered to live chat and show them these defects in real time, and/or upload pictures and videos so they could see for themselves. Nope. Box it and ship it back. I'm not going to pay for this defective product. I'll dispute the charge. They can pick it up, but there is NO WAY TO BOX THIS MATTRESS BACK UP TO SHIP BACK TO AMAZON.I've bought THREE different "mattress in a box" items from them in the last 5 years and had absolutely no issues. Those mattresses unrolled and decompressed correctly and we've been sleeping on them. So the problem lies with this manufacturer.
