The writing style and structure of this book make it a real slog and turn an interesting topic into something boring. I dropped the class I was taking because this required text was so intimidating. It makes learning unfun.

Such a critical area for folks working in the communication field to spend more time on -- ethics in human communication. Actually -- any person could benefit from reading this book. It provides short, comprehensive chapters across a wide variety of perspectives: political, human nature, dialogical, situational, religious . . . and also delves into practical applications. A little something for everyone.

I needed this book for a class I took in undergrad. After purchasing it I found out it was more of an option supplemental resource. I didn't use it much but found it to be pretty good. arrived on time

I really struggled to get through this book. I rented it because it was a required book for college. I'm not sure that it would be useful as future reference material.
