This calcium supplement is working great for me. As someone on immunosuppressants, it's important to supplement calcium.

Still pretty large for a daily pill.

I am sure this is a good product but the pill itself is very large. I have swallowed pills for years but it seems to be lodged in my throat. I am going to smash it into powder and see if this works better. 75 years old could be part of the problem

I've been taking just for a few weeks but I have had no difficulties and it's easy to swallow.

They were to big for my mother to swallow

I eat a pretty balanced diet, so I like to have my supplements not bury me in 1000% of the RDA values (vitamin C, I'm looking at you…), and this calcium / D3 supplement fits in nicely by giving (to me) a "just right" dosage. One pill provides just about half the RDA - so you could take more if you needed to but one works well for my vitamin strategy. It's about 4 months worth in this bottle, taken daily.The bottle had all the appropriate safety seals - plastic around the cap and then sealed on top of the bottle under the screw cap (which has a nice flip top). I will note that the capsule is not small, it's quite the horse pill - see comparison to my earbud for reference. However, taken with a good gulp of water I was able to swallow it without difficulty, I think the softgel configuration really helps me to swallow it compared with just a chalky pill with no coatingUpdate: added my metabolic blood panel which shows a noticiable increase in my calcium levels - I was barely within normal range and now I'm solidly normal! I was taking it daily and I switched to every other day since it was annoying to figure out how & when to take it when I'm also taking iron. Looking great, I will totally keep this up!
