I got this with my mum in mind because its combination of ingredients includes a couple of things she buys already. She takes magnesium for ‘restless legs’ and B12 (as she finds when she supplements this she is less tired). It also has additional ingredients that help with blood sugar levels. It seems like a good combination for anyone experiencing those things.We have had a number of supplements from Vegavero and they have been high quality in the past. This seems to be the same.There is a three month supply in the bottle if you take one a day. This should be ample to notice how effective it is for you as everyone’s body reacts differently to things.Information on the bottle is in a number of languages but is in a tiny font so is difficult to read for those who have poorer eyesight.It is still early days and hard to fully review this yet, as you can understand as these supplements take time to have an impact. But my mum does appreciate the combination which is cost-saving in the longer term, compared to buying the supplements individually. To summarise, this is a good multi-supplement if you know what you're looking for.

I'm enjoying taking this nice-quality supplement. I'm sure that it's doing me some good, as there are a host of potential benefits from the included ingredients. No noticeable changes yet, though I have had a little more energy recently.

I think this is a good product because the tablets were flavourless and easy to swallow. They came sealed and well packaged and the labelling clearly outlines exactly what you're getting and the recommended way to take them.

Having researched all health related matters of 7 years, i am currently testing this product to see what effect this has on type 2 diabetes. Chromium has been the subject of numerous clinical studies which suggest it can play an important role in insulin resistance so we will see how this pans out over the next month or so. I will update later but for now, with the addition of B12 also I am happy to rate a solid 4*.Taste is neutral for me and easy to swallow the capsule. With a 3 month supply at 1 capsule dosage per day it also offers exception value too in my view....👍

I have used several of Vegaveros supplements and like them all very much. Well sources ,quality materials I have found over time .They are well made and well researched.I got the Chromium Picolinate to help with sugar cravings and getting so weight off. too soon to know but it really does help ease the craving for sweets. This is a good company with good things and I find this already helpful.

I've taken Chromium supplements for over a decade now and wouldn't be without them as I know they help significantly with my blood sugar levels but also have a big impact on my metabolism and helping to keep my weight regulated so I need no convincing on that front. These are a really good option with the added benefit from the inclusion of both Magnesium and Vitamin B12 so they are also great value and a really decent little complex.Have finished the course without any issues and will definitely get again as they are good value too and save me from taking a separate Magnesium supplement so would recommend fully.

Fazit: Im großen und ganzen ein gutes und sinnvoll zusammengestelltes Produkt zu solidem Preis.
