Fun for kids
I used these in goodie bags for my students they aren't made the best but they are cute and fun for the ones that didn't fall apart right away

The Ones That Worked Were Great - 3+ age at minimum
I was disappointed by the number of bracelets in the box that operated correctly (4 out of 14 were faulty right out of the box), but the ones that worked, worked well! CAUTION: Not for toddlers, babies, or children who will put things in the their mouths. If you kiddos are rough with things like this, opt for classic glow bracelets. These break easily and the button batteries pop right out! Definitely concerning around kids that are likely to put things in their mouths!

Exactly how I expected them to look!
The watch spinners twirls easy. They were quality then what I expected from a bulk item.
