Great for zapping those annoying flies and pesky mosquitos!The zapper is like a mini-tennis racquet, it's very lightweight while being pretty durable. It has a little button on the side to activate, any bugs landing on the wire mesh - instant toast!Sometimes bugs don't stay stuck to the racquet when zapped which is a bit annoying, most times though the bug will stay on there and then you can then just swish the racquet outside to get those bugs that have met their maker off the racquet.It's only a bit difficult to use when the fly or wasp has landed on a wall or ceiling as the shape of the zapper doesn't allow you to easily put it flat against the wall to zap the bug.

These work when the insect bridges the gap between the external grid (negative) and the internal (live) element, thus frying the little buggers. The gap between said elements is about 3.5mm so that means that the fly needs to have a wingspan of this for the flyswatter to be effective. Used this for about a week now around my wheelybin, and so far have zapped only a single fly. At one point I actually had a fly walking across the device when I had it turned on, to no effect. Probably excellently effective on the larger fly so I'll have to wait for a while till they are the correct size.

Wife is highly allergic to wasp stings......this zapper works so it gives her confidence!!!

Lightweight item, but not as effective as expected.

It’s quite hard to catch flies with it. I’ve had other similar products that were more effective. Often the flies will just bounce from the item.

Product ok, not easy to catch fly's, but does the job when you do hit them.
