Not convinced, just another hype
I purchased for my daughter, who was having back and neck pain and she HATED the pillows! Before returning, I figured that I would try for myself. I can't tell you how uncomfortable these pillows are! Words cannot describe! I understand that many people will spend any amount of money to try to get some pain relief, but this purchase was a waste of money and time to me. I must return them and look for an alternative; these just don't live up to their story. More like a hype, if you ask me... But everyone is different.

Comfortable but not a Queen
Pillow is soft and very comfortableProviding the right amount of neck support. The size however is not as advertised. This is not a queen and questionable if it’s even a standard size. Seems very small

Firm enough and high enough
Good experience after 1 week of using this pillow. It doesn't go down too much like other pillows and the pillow is high enough if you keep both layers. I appreciate this pillow very much.
