This could be a great ab wheel but fell short in operation and quality. It is designed to add resistance one direction and wind up the other direction but the mechanism leaves a lot to be desired. Mine broke after about 6 weeks and locked up and would not roll . I took it apart and removed the pins on the locked wheel to make it roll again and like it much better without the built in resistance which I feel is not needed to get a decent ab workout.

Movrock Rocks!!
This ab roller hits like no other! After the first two days using it, I had to take a couple days off because my abs are so so sore. This is a staple in my core training. I love the way it rolls back supporting your lower back, you can really feel it in your abs!

I bought this product thinking it would work but when I was trying to use it for the first time it wasn't working that great.
