I'm not an athlete, a fitness expert or a body builder, just an ordinary averagely active person. But I was recommended by my daughter (a fitness instructor) to buy some protein powder to give me a boost as I've been feeling a bit pants and probably not eating the right foods to give me energy.I looked at many vegan protein powders and decided to try this as it didn't seem to come packed with lots of ingredients that I couldn't understand or even pronounce.It came the next day. I've now been having two drinks of a scoop and a big glass of water for a week and I feel genuinely transformed!It's quite sweet due to the added sweetener but tastes delicious ( I bought the Vanilla Creme flavour). It's low in calories, thickens up nicely so I feel full for a long time, mixes really well with water with a good stir and hasn't left a horrible after taste.I imagine there's lots of ways you can use it in smoothies etc but I haven't tried them yet.I feel less sluggish and more energetic than I did before.There's some digestive enzymes in there too which is probably what has helped get my digestion going in a good way (if you know what I mean! lol).If your in doubt, just give it a go.....worked a treat for me :)

I like the flavour and really good. - Recommend it.

I've tried both vanilla and chocolate .The vanilla is really really sweet and tastes of a custard donut and the chocolate is more mild and less sweet. Overall, I would say these are good but the chocolate is better.

I got this when it was a bargain price so risked trying a new protein. The texture is great, it thickens up smoothies and isn't gritty at all. The flavour is not super strong but that's what I wanted from the product. Would buy it again!

This is the worst vegan protein I’ve tried! I put it in a smoothie and it’s so powdery/grainy and has a really artificial taste. Don’t think I’ll be able to have the rest of it!

I add this to my overnight oats as I’m not a fan of having them as a shake in general. Great way to get a good chunk of protein in the morning and I’ve just purchased my second bag as it has now run out

Doesn’t mix well. It has this strange consistency, like potato starch that makes it difficult to measure accurately. Doesn’t taste great either but has no gluten so will do for now as I’m coeliac.

I add this to my coffee every morning and gives a nice taste - no after taste

Très bon rapport qualité prix, extrêmement bien dosé en protéine (87g au 100!). L'arôme est bon mais c'est trop sucré fait trop sucré. Je dois prendre des laits végétaux non sucrés le matin avec mes flocons d'avoine sinon ça fait trop. Dommage sinon c'était parfait !

Ho problemi infiammatori a spalle e articolazioni e in più cerco di diminuire le calorie per una questione di controllo del peso. La mattina mi sono preparata un frullato con queste proteine inserendo nel barattolo te macha polvere di cannella e curcuma ( acquistare fresche in erboristeria). Il sapore è buonissimo non ostante queste spezie non mi piacciono molto ad eccezione della cannella. Dopo un mese di assunzioni costante l'infiammazione è migliorata tantissimo, le ho finite ho provato un prodotto che ho trovato nei negozi ma il sapore non è buono, sono molto più acquose queste invece sono molto cremose a volte devo aggiungere acqua, anche senza frutta frullata sono ottime. Consiglio le ricompro sicuramente.

das Vegan Protein Pulver löst sich leicht, ist sehr cremig... alles fein. Aber irgendwie für meinen Geschmack viel zu süß...

a livello nutrizionale e qualità ingredienti bene. però il sapore e consistenza non sono per niente piacevoli. inoltre il prezzo è abbastanza alta. nel complesso fanno il loro lavoro

Pas fan, dans un yaourt on sent trop la texture même si ca se melange bien, il n'y a pas de grumeaux et le goût est trop sucré je trouve, ca ressemble a de la danette vanille 1er prix. Je reprendrais la alphafood qui reste ma préférée !
