Ordered this and it arrived all the way from China within a week of the order being placed. Only negative thing about it is that what I ordered was with the water intake at the bottom but what arrived was with the water intake on the side. I contacted the company via Amazon and they were extremely helpful. After I explained they returned 10 pounds sterling to my account and I was able to convert the Tap to suit. Well done and the tap/fawcet works well. I have hot water where I didn't think it would be possible.
