Well the first few times it fell off so I made sure to wear foundation to help it stay on, but after using a few it stayed on. It stayed on without and without foundation, but to be on the safe side wear in the beginning with foundation. Besides that it's beautiful. I love that it comes in variety of colors. Love it that it comes in alot. Price for this beautiful skin Jewelry was very affordable which I love. I even use it as nose. Because it's so comfortable and very light weight I'm going to try it on my daughter. One thing for sure she loves to see it on my face. Thank you.
