This is a lovely diffuser, and I read quite a bit of reviews about it it and no one mentioned having any issues with it so I spent the moment and bought it because I loved the look of the glass housing.It works great I leave it on the "auto" setting and it gives me hours and hours of diffusing time.BUT...The ONLY thing I found annoying was the base came with these tiny fins on it to help keep the glass securely on it. BUT what I found was that they would do the opposite and kept glass from seating correctly because it kept popping off.EASY FIX: After a few weeks it started to become very annoying (a couple of times the glass popped off so hard it almost fell completely off the base...YIKES!I thought about sending it back but decided to save the hassle and I took an X-acto knife and carefully cut the fins off so that (there were 6 of them or so). So that the glass now slips on the base without any trouble and I'm enjoying it alot more now that that issue is resolved.See 2nd photo.Bottomline: I'm very much enjoying this diffuser. The colors are lovely and the glass reminds me of feathers (which I adore). It diffuses for a long, long time and it's a wonderful conversation piece and brings my joy.So, yes I would recommend it and I will get another one but if the company doesn't fix the fin issue be prepared as soon as it's delivered to take those fins off.

This diffuser is not only useful for dispensing therapeutic mist to fill your living space,but is a REALLY beautiful piece to compliment your decor!! It has several different colors,each one is beautiful 😍 It is easy to operate as well& is completely silent!Would highly recommend it.VERY pleased with my purchase 😊

Bought this as the pics look great. Reviews are great. Opened and looked OK coming out of box. Felt a little cheap and light but plugged er in and am highly impressed. The wood base is nice. Buttons are well done. And when lite up, the color options are great and really looks amazing when on. No oils yet as this is a Xmas present for the wife. Will edit when she reacts.

This diffuser is a generous size and does the job beautifully. Very quiet and I am happy with my purchase so far.

I received a previously used and defective dud that was repackaged as though it was new. I previously bought the Aladdin rose gold Porseme diffuser and was fairly satisfied with it, but this one was very defective and seemed to have been previously used. First, it was leaking water from the base. Second, it only lit up for a few seconds and then turned off completely and would no longer light up. Third, it barely produced any vapor at all, and it altogether stopped functioning after a couple of minutes. I unplugged it, wiped the water that pooled on my table off, took the water out, checked it, and put some water back in. It was again leaking a bit from the base... barely noticeable initially, but the longer you wait and the more you notice it gets watery due to it leaking from where the plastic is supposed to connect to the base. So I am very dissatisfied. Furthermore, the design on the diffuser (supposed to be the brown desert design) was nowhere near as pretty as on the picture. The colours were much duller and more grey/black than brown. Therefore, I am 100% dissatisfied and returning. Too bad.
