I'll be honest: I didn't know much about Bee Pearls or Bread before ordering this but I was pleasantly surprised. I've used this is pre and post workout (protein) drinks as well as plain ol' water and milk and each time, I enjoy the drink more with this product. Make sure to mix it very well to avoid clumps of powder, I do recommend a blender of some type for best blending. I can't speak much to the power of any added vitamins and minerals (I'm no scientist) but I enjoy the added flavor and at least the potential for health benefits.
