Unsure why are people posting that they are not able ...
Unsure why are people posting that they are not able to swallow these. If you cannot swallow these, why not swallow them in halfs? I have no problem with doing it, have plenty of water and just get on with it rather than post silly reviews lads. I have just bought these as these are the only ones which contain all aminos we need to perform in a gym and after. Will update the review after a tub. Thanks.

A bit early for results but dont take notice about the pill size reviews, honestly did put me off but still went ahead and glad i did.They like size of Tesco 500g Paracetamols or much smaller that a wiggles chew gum.

Good mix but not 2222 per portion, 1938
I like ON stuff but they have downgraded the mix from 2222mg to 1938mg and were quite blase about it when I contacted them even when I pointed out it means you need to take an extra tab to make up the difference

You must try amino acids
These are great - everyone should consider taking amino acids as they get older. Taking these has stopped my migraines! I wasn't expecting that, but what a brilliant side effect!

not hard to swallow at all
I don't know why everyone says they are to big are can't be swallowed. Maybe they have reduced the size now? I don't find these hard to swallow at all.
