I really liked the high quality ingredients in these capsules. They were easy to take and had no aftertaste. I did notice an improvement in my overall energy as a dad of 2 under 2 and my immune system seemed better. However my only downside was the cost, It seems expensive for a 10 day supply only. But for the quality and effectiveness I might just do it!

Decide for yourself;The SHII Immune Response requires 2 capsules for 1g of AHCC . The SHII Extra Strength, requires 6 capsules for 3g AHCC (the dosage most reviewers were told to take).I haven’t taken either long enough to have an opinion as to it’s effectiveness as an immunity booster.Just thought the dosage was interesting.

Expensive but effective I’ll try the less expensive kinds next.
