Excited to make into a Calendar. One as a gift and one for myself.

These are fantastic for kid DIY calendars - we have loved decorating and making our own for home school. Having them blank is the best because sky is the limit and you can customize it however you want to. Especially for kids - it's a great project they can do all at once or monthly. Good quality, not falling apart in the least.

What I enjoy most about these calendars are that I can fill them in for any year down to the weekly days. The pages are held together with a clear plastic spiral binding. The side where an image normally would be is blank for you to personalize however you wish. It's completely customizable in every way to your liking. It's a bit bigger than a full size wall calendar. It is 12"x12". The pages are made of some decent cardstock that I've not seen any bleeding to the back of the page using ink pens or micro fine liner markers. The monthly daily grid is printed for each day going from Sunday (far left) to Saturday (far right)...the days of the week labeled: sun-sat. They're is a hole in the center top to hang the calendar on the wall.

I was looking for things to put in my MIL's room at the nursing home. This worked better than I could have dreamed of. When I seen this I knew I had to make a scrapbook calendar for her. She was upset about not being able to take all of her pictures and things with her. But this fixed that worry. I have taken pictures of all of the things she was sad about leaving behind and put them all in this calendar. Pictures of paintings of her parents, her husband and grandson who have already passed. Not to mention all of the loved ones still here that can visit her. All of her memories that was possible for me to include are now in one place and she gets to see new ones each month or take it down and flip through it any time she wants. It is super easy to read and gave me plenty of space to write down important dates for her to remember. Dr. Appts, wedding anniversaries, birthdays, graduations, pageants, etc... You don't need to be an artist to use this. You don't need to be crafty or a scrapbooker. You can just print out photos you like from your phone and glue stick them onto each month's page. :)You don't even have to use scissors or measure, because each month's page will fit a full sheet of 8.5"x11" regular computer printer paper. You could print the photos or images or words you like as an 8x10 or 5x7 size (or "fit to page" for the whole sheet) and just glue the entire sheet of computer paper on, no matter the size of your image. The white of the computer paper edges and the white of the card stock calendar will blend together visually. I have been into crafting and decoupage lately, so I wanted to make my own calendar. This is exactly what I was looking for. The quality is not amazing, but you do get two so the bang for the buck is good. It's a cute idea if you want to make a calendar for yourself or for someone else. My collages have stuck to the paper usually without issue and the glue has not seeped through to the other side. I have not tried markers on it yet, so I don't know if those would bleed or seep to the backside.
