Helped with pain
Relieved but didn't cure my plantar fasciitis. Much stiffer than the stuff on Dr. S's rack at the drug store. Inserts slide in, and they don't look like much; but they're very noticeable in effect; one is enough for me, two turned out to be too high an arch. If the massaging and stretching doesn't cure my problem, I'll be buying a few more pairs of these.

They work!
I do a lot of walking/running— over 30 miles per week. Plus, I have a tarsal boss, which is a bone spur on top of my foot caused or exacerbated by shoes with poor arch support. An on-line podiatrist recommended (and provided the link for) these. I put them into my sneakers and immediately noticed an improvement. I didn’t need the medium or high arch pad inserts that come with these. The insoles have significant arch support without them. It was even a little weird feeling at first. They’ve also caused my feet to hurt less when I wake up in the morning. They do take up more space than the deficient insoles that came with the sneakers, but they still fit. I will definitely buy these again.

Good so far
Have only had them for five days. Great support, comfortable and seem to be helping my problems so far. Took years to develop them and don't expect problems to go away that quickly.

Affordable, effective comfort
I visited the Good Feet Store, which advertises foot strengthening, maintenance and relaxation insoles and found out they wanted $450 for a set. Oooof! So I went online for 90 minutes or so and researched non-custom insoles that podiatrists recommend. This one popped up more than any other. I bought a set three weeks ago and IMMEDIATELY felt the difference from just using my Brooks walking sneakers alone. Highly recommended.

Life improving product
The headline might sound a tad dramatic, but if you suffer from plantar fasciitis, then you know that anything that helps with the pain, can truly improve your life. Below are two options: short version and long version of my review. If you don't care about detailed explanation about ratings, then the 1st option is for you.SHORT VERSION: I have already purchased this product twice and will probably do it a 3rd time. It's awesome. Would definitely recommended, because it works.LONG VERSION: I have suffered from plantar fasciitis for several years now. I am in my early 50's and have tried several things like special running shoes, other pads and the like. My wife and I started a food related business a couple of years ago and this aggravated my condition, since I had to be standing/moving around the whole day (as opposed to a desk job). It came to a point where I could barely walk without limping. After doing some research I found these pads and decided to give them a try.Pricing.- Not necessarily "cheap", but the price is not bad, specially considering they actually work and how much they help me.Customer Service.- Phenomenal. On my first order, being the idiot that I am, I threw away the pads to adjust the height of the soles. They come in a small transparent bag, separate from the soles, and somehow I missed them. I got in touch with the manufacturer (through the Amazon contact information) and asked if they would sell me just the pads because I didn't want to pay for a new full set. Instead, they sent me replacement pads free of charge. Thanks, guys!Durability.- I would presume this will change depending on usage, but they are good for several months, if not a full year. After that you may want to buy a new set to keep the same quality of comfort.Comfort.- (Speaking of) The manufacturer recommends you take out the original sole of the shoe. This is standard with most, if not every single orthopedic sole I've seen. I say give it a try, because it will depend on the brand of the shoe. The sole per se is very comfortable and the fact that you can adjust the height of the soles is a great idea. I personally use 1 pad on one shoe and 2 pads on the other. This of course will depend on each person, as you may only need 1 & 1, or just the sole on one foot and 1 pad on the other, etc. That's about it. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me directly. These soles REALLY helped me and hopefully it will help you too, because I know how annoying and painful plantar fasciitis can be. Cheers!
