Good, clear picture and responds very quickly in the app. Takes a little bit of getting used to but very easy to use.

I didn't read all the reviews before I purchased. While waiting for it to arrive, I started reading the negative reviews and was thinking I made a mistake - not so. Although I don't like that you have to use Wifi as we don't have it at our house, it does really work. I had no trouble connecting to wifi at another location. I found out you have to click on the listing in the wife connection to activate it. After that, it was easy to see very clearly inside my ear and to take pictures and videos at a touch. I suspected I had a wax blockage affecting my hearing and you could see it clearly. I think they must have changed the tips because the ones I received are blue and fit tightly to the end. I had no fear that they would fall off in my ear. I wish the tip scoop was longer as I can't get quite to the wax packed on the ear drum without the camera scraping my ear. The tools that came with it are handy but I wish they were plastic instead of metal. Also I wish they had a camera like this with a vacuum. That's what I really need. This was well worth the purchase, though, just to find the problem.

This is very helpful to see the inside of your ears. I have a lot of wax buildup and with this I can see exactly where I need to remove the build up. Awesome. Easy set up and easy to use!

Use this to clean all the familys ears out. Love that you can see down in the ear with the camera. Battery last for a couple cleaning. Easy to clean and use.

Works as it should and was great camera view!

It does work but the process of using it is tricky. You have to connect via WiFi in the app to the camera which is confusing at times, and the image of the camera has a learning curve when it's in your ear. I do love all the extra tools they include but the tips are a bit hard to clean as they are so small. It holds a pretty long charge and you can even use it while it's charging too. Overall if you need an ear camera this works but it's not the best ok the market

I was amazed at the quality of the camera and LED light on this device. I have an "endoscopy" scope that I use for looking inside walls. It has an "okay" video but not spectacular like this device and it gets hot fast. This device connects easily and is easy to use and does not get hot.I like that I can record or take snapshots. The scoop, while small is quite effective at bringing out debris from the ear. I'm cautious for fear of going too deep but will become more confident with use. Great device!

Video stopped working after under 1 year of use, after my 3 star review they reached out to me to offer a full refund. Upgraded to 4 stars.
