This MABOZOO shredded memory foam knee pillow for side sleepers is awesome!It's long, comfy and there's a lot to it - it sits well from hip to knee for when you are sleeping. If you are on the taller side, this is a good fit because this pillow has a lot of real estate. It does a great job at supporting the hips. It's very comfortable, and since it is close to the size of a regular pillow you can use a regular pillowcase with it to keep it cleaner.Overall, a solid option for those struggling with sciatica pain from side sleeping or tossing and turning - which I definitely do!

I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of this knee pillow, as it turned out to be thicker than I had anticipated. Having tried other knee cushions in the past, I found this one to work exceptionally well. Dealing with hip and lower back pain, I initially thought the thickness might be too much, but it turned out to be perfect. This knee pillow is more comfortable than any others I've tried and has been immensely helpful in alleviating my pain. I highly recommend it for anyone dealing with lower back or hip discomfort.

I always sleep with a pillow in between my knees. I have tried different pillows, anything from a regular pillow to a small travel pillow. I saw this knee pillow and thought I would give it a try. It comes vacuum sealed and you just have to open it and wait for it to expand. This took over an hour to get to full expansion. The pillow has a dent all the way through the center of it for your leg to rest in. It is filled with memory foam pieces and isn’t overstuffed to the point where it is too firm. I used this pillow for 4 days now. It is larger than I thought it would be, larger than a standard bed pillow. It works well and stays put when I sleep, but it goes all the way from my knee down to my ankle! I think I would prefer it to be a bit shorter in length. Overall, it works and I will use it until I find something that works better.

I've been a side sleeper my whole life. I'm still in my 20s, so I haven't experienced any pain as a result of me sleeping on my side until recently. I just got a new and very soft bed that I think is messing up the support my spine gets during the night. I saw a video online of recommended ways to align the spine during sleep and putting a pillow between the knees was suggested for side sleepers. I decided to give this pillow a try as a result and so far I have really liked it. It is firm enough to keep my legs supported without having to twist my lower body, but soft enough to remain comfortable and not feel like my leg is at an unnatural angle. It's also nice to use to support my back on sit on a chair.Overall, I like this pillow a lot and use it every night. I didn't suffer much back pain before due to my side sleeping, so I can't comment on whether or not it has reduced my pain significantly, but it did increase my comfort at night.

I absolutely love this pillow. I left it alone for two days to fully inflate And it looks exactly as pictured. The pillow is firm but not uncomfortable to rest your legs on. I get restless legs at night and I use this pillow to remedy that. It has done the job and I’m very pleased!

This pillow is super soft, thick, and fluffy. It works great for my back as it balances my alignment. My back tension is released and I'm able to sleep comfortably.

This works well, I like it a lot. It is not too thick or thin.

I got my wife this pillow to support her legs while she sleeps. She normally uses a body pillow or a regular head pillow between her legs for comfort and support.I thought since this was a purpose-designed leg pillow it would work better. Unfortunately, even with a groove through the center of the pillow, on both sides, it was too thick for her to sleep comfortably. See Picture #1.Other people might find this pillow to be perfect for their sleeping needs, every body is different. See Picture #2.The pillow itself seems very well made and sturdy. However, there is a zipper on the edge of the pillow. That's the access hole used to fill the pillow with chopped pieces of foam. See Picture #3.The centerline of the pillow consists of fabric strips that pull the pillow together, creating the center grooves on each side. I have no idea if this is the standard way of making a contoured pillow, or how well it will hold up over time.The Amazon page says this is completely machine washable, but I wonder what all that foam will do when it gets wet. I would put a pillowcase over it so that can be washed instead of the pillow.
