No stress on spine. The big ball has worked for years. But there were occasional injuries. The wheel works the sides of the spine and the muscles. You can immediately tell the difference. And surprisingly the wheel is easier to get up from than off the ball.

I've had the whole Chirp wheel set for years. The plastic must get brittle over time because the wheels started cracking in the last month. Out of the entire set, the smallest wheel is the only one you really need, this one is cheap and able to be bought individually....so I got it.It's affordable and works great. That's all you really need to know.

My back was so expensive this week and with doctors and meds that weren’t really helping. I tried this after a friend recommended it. As soon as I opened it I was on the floor trying it. My back cracked in popped into many places at once and all the tension immediately released. I wish I tried this before spending so much money on what didn’t work with doctors and meds.

Just about every time I use this I get some movement and you can hear my back cracking. For the first time (even after multiple visits to the chiropractor mind you) I had the first pain free Christmas in the kitchen. I got tired of spending money on chiropractors so thought I’d try this. It was a bit cheaper than the Chirp brand and the reviews were better. Now I know why. It’s sturdy and gets the job done.

I often have back pain, and have been trying different ways to alleviate the aches. Recently I saw some YouTube videos on using foam roller. I bought the 10 inch roller. On hindsight I should've bought the smallest one first, as using the 10 inch requires more maneuvers and techniques that I'm not trained to. The first couple of days were uncomfortably painful as I learned to position my back and the roller correctly. Eventually I am able to roll the roller along my back with ease. I could feel the tension spots on by back are relieved after each session. My back is feeling much better and I'm satisfied with this purchase.

I loved this wheel... It was a game changer for my back pain, as I'm a tall baker who is leaned forward a lot. But, I heard a crack in June and then realized that my 175 lbs had cracked what is supposed to support up to 500 lbs. This explains why there is an option to buy a 2-year insurance plan. If I had thought there was a chance that this product wouldn't last 2 years, I wouldn't purchase it. I pay car insurance and home insurance and I'm not planning to buy insurance for a $40 spinal wheel. This product does not support the weight advertised and I'm really disappointed.

The product is good from a great feeling the only flaw is that the foam is coming unglued, nothing textured or unsolvable, I just have to think about which glue to use to add as it comes off and put some elastic bands to keep the foam under pressure while gluing it dries

El producto es muy cómodo, para hacer sentadillas o desplantes con barra es perfecto. Lo único es que no envuelve en su totalidad a la barra universal... hay que hacer presión para que el velcro alcance a sujetar el otro extremo del protector y aun así no cierra completamente. relación calidad precio estoy conforme
