Very disappointed
Received my item today. It did not have any of the Shimano packaging. No plastic bags or wrapping around the reel, and there are noticeable fingerprints over the reel.What is worse is that the handle did not arrive. What is in the package is the main body of the reel only. I am going to seek a return, and this better be actioned.

もう少し梱包を・・・
まず梱包が中途半端！段ボールには入っているが、中にクッション材とかがなかったので、リールが入っている箱の中でハンドル部分が外れて開けた時にスプール部分に当たっていた！グリスが付いていたもののキズは無かったので妥協してその日に糸巻きをし、12/8に初使用！早巻きをすると小さい音でチリチリと鳴り、オイル、グリスが馴染んでないのかなぁと思いながら使用。12/24に2回目使用3投目辺りからチリチリ音が固い針金を弾くようなカリカリ音に代わり、不安になったので使用を中止！糸巻きをする前、糸巻き中は何の音もなかったのに実釣になり重みが少しでも掛かるとカリカリ音が出る！ハズレかな！
