The media could not be loaded. Everything worked properly and the assembly was simple. At first I thought it was going to be hard but it did come with videos to follow. I also downloaded the software which helped me to get it working. I thank the company for this great machine. I am a first time engraver and not bad for it being my first starter machine. Thank you once again for my crealty.

I just used this less than 10 times and then it stopped connecting to my laptop. The returning time was over and I couldn’t return it and nobody answered to my seller feedback.It is awful and useless.

I've been trying to get this machine to connect to my phone and 2 computers and it won't connect, I did even it said to do in the directions and it still won't connect I'm ready to send it back because I've been trying every single day, it's getting me so mad I wish it came with better institutions (in English)

So far so good, only a few days into using it but very easy to use and is working well.

Updated: Seller reached out to me to make it right, and offered a replacement. I decided to give it another shot since I did like the machine. I ordered another one and the seller was very responsive and helpful! I'm still not sure what happened with my other one, I'm thinking it must have just had something to do with the power supply. But I would recommend buying with confidence from them!!This was a great value and I made some decent things with it. You do have to mess with the settings also find a good program to use- I ended up using Laser GRBL.Unfortunately I went to use it last night and the unit will not power on anymore. I’ve tested the outlet and everything, but the unit seems to be dead. I’ve had it for about 3 months, and it doesn’t look like I can contact the seller or manufacturer through Amazon anymore so I’m not sure what my options are.It’s a budget item, but if it’s about $200 and only works for a few months, then it’s not a great value anymore.

Wasted a lot of time trying to get this working after putting it together. It is not Windows 11 compatible. What a waste of time. I was excited to get it. Looked nice but never worked for me.

Nice build quality, well packaged, good for the price

The laser for 5w IS NOT .06*.06If you look on the creality page it's .06*.12 which is a difference in the laser engraving world.Returning it based off that. Don't list product with misleading or untrue product specification....shame
