Good quality heat mask with auto-shutoff
This item is a sinus heat pad mask that uses USB power to operate. There is no battery in this device, but rather you need to plug it into a power source. This source can be a wall adapter or a powered computer port. If you use a USB power bank then the mask becomes more portable. Because there is no battery, you can put it into checked baggage when you travel. The mask has velcro-like connectors to obtain a good fit and hold it in place. And to get a better fit, you can bend the nose pad to fit the contours of your nose. There are 3 levels of heat to choose from the controller. There is also a 45 minute auto-shutoff timer, which I like as I fell asleep trying this mask. I found the mask to be rather comfortable to wear. I like that I could plug it into my laptop and work with it on. Other sinus masks cover the eyes and you can't function like that. The price point is reasonable. Overall, I like the mask a lot in terms of fit, comfort and heat levels.

Not affective
The Sinus Relief Mask is a novel idea, but its effectiveness is questionable. While the concept of applying heat to sinuses is promising, the mask's temperature retention is lacking. It doesn't stay hot for an extended period, limiting its potential benefits. Additionally, the design can be uncomfortable, particularly for those with sensitive ears. While it may provide some temporary relief, it's not a consistent or long-lasting solution for sinus pain.

One Size Doesn't Fit Me
I think I have a pretty average-sized female face, but this "One Size Fits All" sinus mask doesn't fit it. The cutout for the nose is about an inch below the lowest part of the eyeholes, and, on my face, that cutout is right at the very tip of my nose. If I push the mask up at the nose cutout, the eyeholes are too high, and I can't see. So, I can wear this mask to fit either my eyes, or nose, but not both. Otherwise, it just sits funny on my face. As far as sinus relief and heat, I do like the amount of heat this gives off. There are three levels, controlled with the push of a button from the power cord. Because this is not a cordless mask, you do have to stay plugged in while it's in use, which is often not a convenient position. The power cord is long, but I can still only use this with an extension cord, as my bed is not next to a wall outlet. I feel like this will be soothing, in a pinch, but that it isn't the most comfortable or convenient solution to sinus pressure. I'd prefer something that just fits better.

Soothing
This Comfheat Sinus Relief Mask feels very relaxing over the face and provides just enough heat. The heat seemed largely in the sinus area. Though I like the mask, it didn't feel ideal on my shaped face. I found it slid down easily and I had to pull it up. I think more of a bridge for the nose or if the band was higher in the back of the head, it would hold a bit better. Also, I wish the nose was formed a bit differently so that it hugged my nose more and the would provide more contact on either side where my sinuses are. I think it's made more for a flatter Asian nose and less for an Anglo nose which is narrower but protrudes more. Also, the controls for this are pretty basic/low tech. I've gotten used to these devices having internal batteries, running wirelessly and having LCD screens, this is plug in so you can't walk around a room and wear it or be too far from an outlet. Of course, often the wireless ones have limited heat output or LCD screens stop working so there are reasons to choose simpler devices.

Great solution for my sinus headache
I have never seen anything like this before but when I have a sinus headache I typically find relief by trying to wrap a heating pad around my face. So I was really excited to order this and set it aside until my next headache. That headache came a few days ago and let me tell you this worked much better than trying to wrap a normal heating pad around my head. This is very adjustable even the nose part and there are also several temperature settings and a very easy to use controller. This was very soothing on my headache and I was able to drift off to sleep and work up feeling much better. I like that it turns off automatically and that gave me confidence to be able to sleep with it on. I like this and would recommend.

Not rechargeable
Sinus Relief Mask Sinus Heating Pad for Face Warm Sinus Compress for Sinus Pressure Relief Sinusitis Nasal Congestion, 3 Heating Settings (Non-Rechargeable) is just okay, mainly because it is not rechargeable. In all fairness to the company, they tell you that up front. But once I actually experienced it, I would say that it is a real flaw. When I have a headache, especially a sinus headache, there is nothing that makes it feel better than heat. That's why I was excited to try this heating pad. However, in practice, I realized that I did not like having to be tethered to an electric outlet while I was trying to feel better. So I consider this to be a real flaw in the design. When I have a headache, I want to curl up under blankets on my bed or the sofa. Not sit on a chair next to a plug. The unit could have been a bit hotter, but I like things hot, so I could have a different range of comfort levels.

Not recommended if you have a nose
This mask came with both a USB-C cable (with controls built in) and a wall adapter (standard USB-A type). The mask requires a minimum 2 amp USB power supply. It heats up quickly, but doesn’t get particularly hot. The design is not particularly useful. There are a lot of points that could be good or bad, depending on your view. It has large eye holes, which lets you see while you are using it, but also does not warm around the eyes- my eyes feel weirdly cold while using this. The strap covers the ears, which muffles sound and could be uncomfortable. It is also entirely flat in front, with a shallow divot on the edge for your nose. If your nose sticks out from your face at all, it will be squashed. For me, while my nose is being uncomfortably squashed the mask is also being pushed away from my face, reducing the heat. For me, it is just uncomfortable and not effective.
