Very happy with our new wireless printer
We bought a new computer. It needed a wireless printer so it did not work with our previous laser printer. This printer saved that issue. We are enjoying using it! Arrived promptly and in perfect shape. Easy to use.

It’s big.
This is home use, it’s a little on the big size. But it works great and I like it.

MY PRINTER DOESN'T WORK RIGHT, WON'T PRINT RIGHT, MAYBE BAD DRUM??
Brother support tech wasn't perfect but good. She was a little bit snotty but she worked with me for about half hour. After much testing and lots of printed messes she thinks it is a faulty drum. She is sending me a new drum, no charge, but I have to return the drum that came with printer to avoid charge for new drum. She said it would take about 3 days to get new drum. So I hope when I get the new drum it will print clean and nice? I will call customer support back and have them lead me through the process of installing the new drum so I can't be blamed for doing anything wrong. Pray it works. If it doesn't I will ask for a replacement. If they won't replace it I will ask Amazon through my Prime membership to do a return and a refund. It is so hard to get a good printer especially ink jet type printers. They are cheaper, but too expensive for the ink. I have had two previous single-sided printing Brother laser printers and still have one working brother monotone laser printer but was developing power connection problems. I am not a professional person. I only use a printer for personal family use. I bought this printer based on the good reviews on Amazon. I do want this monochrome laser printer to work because it prints double sided, something I never had and it would save me on paper consumption. It appears to print fast. It works wireless and connected, just a little faster connected to my computer. I also had problems getting drivers to work with my macOS Monterey vs 12.1 system software, not even the driver on the disk that came with it would work with my Apple computer system software, but finally found a driver off Brother website that worked with this printer though it said it only worked with maxOS vs. 10? This is the most expensive Brother monotone laser printer I have bought so far. I hope the new drum fixes the problem because I am going to dread re-boxing this thing to return it, but I will if I have to. I can't afford to pay $314.44 for nothing. I am not a business. I am not rich. I live off may Social Security monthly check. $314.44 is a lot of money for someone like me.

Good Buy
So far so good. We like the size and the print is dark and clear. The replacement cartridges are affordable and can be bought on Amazon too. We went with an off-brand for half the price. It kind of annoying that it auto-prints double-sided as a default setting, but that’s easy enough to change if you need to—I just always forget.

A Worthy Investment
This printer purchase was an upgrade of a previous Brother printer that I’ve had for years. This wireless printer has made my home office functional again, at this time when I need it the most. It’s fast, convenient, and produces high-quality prints. A worthy investment.

Wonderful printer - minor anoyances however.
Had a Brother HL-6180dw. It got to the point that it would not feed a page all the way through-resulting in the printer reporting "paper jam". Unable to locate any service center that were close or seemed likely to resolve the issue at a reasonable price. Was disappointed to learn the the HL-6180 was no longer available except as 're-ferbs' or on eBay. After much searching I selected the HL-2350DW as the closest to what I had. It arrived in a very timely fashion which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. After setup I was pleased to see that print quality was maybe even a bit better than the old printer. However of things I discovered that irked me:One - I had a new toner and drum for my old printer ( which is one of the reasons I wanted something that used the same cartridges.) Old printer had the 780 cartridge installed. The 2350 will not accept the 780 cartridge. I had searched fairy diligently to try to see that the new printer could use the cartridges and drum units I had on hand. Specifications were sketchy and I did find that the 760 cartridge was one that the new printer used and knowing that the old one used the 760 and the 780 I assumed (Yes I know what that means) that I could use the 780 toner in the new one as well.Two- the manual feed tray will only accept one sheet at a time. I can not put in two or more sheets at one time because if I do, it suck all of them in at once. Can't find if this is intended or if the printer has a problem. Will check with tech support when I have some free time. All that said - I will keep the printer as it full fills my major printing needs and is only a slight inconvenience in these couple areas. Also considering everything, the price was very reasonable.
