You have to wash your nose!
These are obviously not as good as the popular brand because they don’t have a double plastic strip running though them but they are adequate for what I use them for. You have to clean your nose of any grease though before you put the strip on otherwise it will not stick. Once on I found they stayed in place all night.

Nasal strips that stay in place the entire night
I have a deviated septum and so anything that helps me to breathe better is always welcome. I’ve worn these during sleeping as well as exercise and found it much easier to breathe, which in turn has helped with my performance and all-round comfort levels. Finding the sweet spot can be a bit difficult, but when you do you feel the relief instantly.The main problem in the past I’ve with similar strips is that as someone with oily skin, they do tend to slide off quite easily. One way you can try to alleviate this is by washing your face with warm soapy water and then applying this as soon as it is dry, but this rarely helped. With these they stuck on the entire night which has never happened before, so big plus points for the adhesive.Overall, I would say these are excellent and something I will continue to use, especially for the RRP as you receive a generous 75 strips (or 2 ½ months’ worth if you use them daily like I do). Highly recommended.

I think these weren't wide enough...
They kept on coming unstuck, seems like they aren't wide enough. If you have very small features or it's for a child they should be OK.

Not the best.
I got some similar nose strips free in a mouth guard shipment. I decided to buy these as I liked them and they worked well.I am very dissapointed with these. They don't stick well; some of my old pack I used twice, on the 2nd use theu didn't stick properly ( as you would expect) this product was like this. The just didn't want to stick and I prepped my face in the same way (wiped it with a tissue to remove any skin oil) not good.Secondly l, they have a more plasticky feel and they feel scratchy and tickle and scratchy on your nose. I have resorted to trimming them but as it didn't stick all night, it didn't really help. Considering binning these and getting some that work. 75 for the cost is very reasonable, but as frugal as I am, these are not value for money, sadly.
