I have never wrote a review on a product, but I just can’t belive how much this has changed my skin. I have been using it for 3 weeks now and I would go as far to say I noticed results after 3 days if that. I use it in the evening 1.5/2pumps over my face. I have struggled with hormonal acne and extreme texture for years. I have tried EVERYTHING. I am so pleased that this product along with how affordable it is exists. My skin is the best it’s ever looked my acne has gone and the texture and pores have reduced by at least 80%. Amazing product and I’m so happy to have found it.

This is the best product I’ve ever tried and I’ve tried too many. I’ve suffered with Rosacea for about 4 years & tried lasers, products and medications. I stopped the Metronidazole gel and gave this a test and it’s reduced it by 70% in about 4 weeks. As an added bonus my whole face looks refreshed and blemish free. I started on the 15% once per day and gradually increased to 20% twice a day. Highly recommend 🙏

I’ve been using the Dermatica Clarifying Azelaic Acid 20% Cream for a few weeks now, and overall I’m really impressed with the results. The cream has a lightweight texture that absorbs quickly without leaving a greasy feel. I noticed a visible improvement in my skin’s clarity—especially with Pigmentation. The only reason I’m giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is that it can be a bit drying, so a good moisturiser is definitely needed alongside it.

Lightweight fragrance free easy to apply lotion. After much research I purchased to control rosacea and it seems to be working. Redness and blotchiness have reduced. Occasional very tiny pimpel that disappears in a day. I only apply in the morning after washing face. There is a stronger option of this lotion but I'm trying the weaker one and hope it keeps working for me.

Works after a while but if you have inflamed skin you will find it difficult to cope with the stinging and itching it causes

Great product just order my second one. It doesn’t leave my skin greasy or block my pores and I have seen an improvement in my skin.

I wish I had discovered this years ago. After a couple of days I could feel the difference, no more dry patches and has definitely calmed down my Rosacea. My skin feels so smooth. Will definitely be ordering it again

If you have sensitive skin, don't recommend using this product. I had used this product 3 days after delivery for a test run without any problems, but then 1-2 weeks in, I've started to notice some brake outs. Luckily for me, I had done some research to help with the brake outs and stopped using this item. So make sure you know what you're buying before using it full on.
