This pan works out great for sourdough pan pizza. It’s not overly heavy in fact it’s pretty light. My pizza baked beautifully and had a nice and evenly browned crispy bottom. Plus the pizza slid right out of the pan.One word of caution, measure the width and depth of your oven to ensure this pan will fit inside, it’s quite long. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is large enough to make pizza for a party! This pan came with scratches but not too deep so it is usable and safe. It was explained to me that these scratches occur during manufacturing and the pans are glazed over many times with the coating so aluminum doesn't leach and it is safe to use. I like the size and shape of this pan. It is great to be able to use 2 or more different kinds of pizza toppings because this pan is so long that that you can make multiple pizzas on one pan. But oven measurement needs to be taken into consideration because this just barely fits my oven. Lloyd pans are a necessity for crispy crusts! Before purchasing Lloyd pans my crusts were never browned evenly or crispy enough like the ones from restaurants but now my pizzas have improved so much! No need to go to restaurants for pizza. It takes my pizza from uncooked to very crispy in 10-12 mins max.

The pans look great. However what is missing on this listing is any indication that these pans are not for regular consumers, ie. They will not fit in any home oven. Ours is on the large side. Was so excited to use these, but didn't even think about the issue of size.... It's SO CLOSE. BUT alas, not to be.
