OMG. What a wonderful shower combo. Extremely enjoyable experience.

I have mixed feelings on this shower head. Let's start with the installation. Installation went fine, it was super easy, and despite the inclusion of teflon tape, it's not really needed as all the connection points have washers in them.After installation, I found that one of the pivot points in the extension arm had a small leak. Over time, that leak has stopped at this point, so I'm not sure if it was just a badly positioned o-ring, or what. There does not appear to be any flow regulator in this shower head, which is actually another nice positive. You get a great flow of water out of the head which feels great. However, that won't be good for your water bill, if you have anyone that likes long showers. The one major quality issue that I noticed is that when you turn on the power, you can actually see the metal in the head flex and bulge as it takes the water pressure. I expect this will mean that at some point the glue/welds will fail and this will become junk.The handheld unit feels light and cheap, but also works as you would intended. It only sort of has a on/off switch, as one of the positions for the pattern adjustment does seem to shut it off, however a dedicated on/off lever would be much more appreciated. As others have mentioned, the handheld part feels like cheap plastic, and does not have the build quality you might expect at this price point.All in all, we'll continue to use this, as I really like the rainfall feel of it, however I will be keeping my eye out for something that might have a better build quality.

Wasn’t expecting much for the price but the hose burst the first time I tried to use the spray function to clean the shower. Hose is not designed for the pressure created by the sprayer. It is similar to a water balloon inside so not even worth trying to get them to replace it. Shower head, handle and holder are plastic but looks decent enough installed. You will need to buy a better quality hose so probably better to pay more for a better quality product.

I have gotten a few of these for myself and family members and I have to say all of them have been fantastic!The shower experience is transformed once you've used one of these rainfall heads and the handheld is so convenient - I find I use it every single time I'm in the shower and it really helps with cleaning the shower too!Easy to install and even easier to use, the rainfall head on this one is HUGE and provides a nice pressure. The handheld does feel a little flimsy as it's made of plastic but it isn't a huge deal as it functions just as well as the metal ones.Comes with a holder for the handheld that sticks on strong and holds very well even in the wet environment.If you haven't tried one of these yet I highly recommend it, I lament using any shower that doesn't have one now!

Once I was finally able to get this installed, it's quite nice! The installation instructions were awful and I cursed many times over, but eventually got it all on. The size of the rain showerhead is huge, which I love. The handheld showerhead mounts comfortably as well. The only downside is that when the water is on, it is quite top heavy and the joints can't quite hold it up and you have to over correct in order for it to not fall on top of your head.

really upgraded our shower!!! I love the shower rainfall . My fiancé had this up in 20 minutes! I am not sure how it will hold up over time but its been fine for 2 weeks now! just a slight leak from the shower head after you turn it off but after the line is cleared it stops! super pleased
