Small and zero stability
We've been making ham, cheese, and egg cups for snacking for my diabetic daughter. The silicone muffin mold I have only has 6 cups, so I ordered this 12 cup one.Upon opening the package, I was disappointed at how floppy this mold is. It is impossible to use it on it's own as I do with the other. This one must be stabilized by placing it on a cookie sheet.Something seemed off about the size. Measuring it against a standard metal muffin pan, it is clear that these cups are smaller.Cupcake liners are too large, the ham slices I've been using flop over and burn, and the cookie scoop I use to measuring muffins over fills it.To me, this product is a definite pass.

Nice muffin pan
We have used this multiple times for cupcakes. I have had no problem with the cupcakes sticking to the silicone pan.

It's pretty floppy
The media could not be loaded. I've never baked cupcakes or muffins in silicone before, but have had success with other items, so I figured what the heck. My first impression is that this thing is very floppy. I'm sure that if it's on a cookie sheet it will be OK, it seems like baking cupcakes or muffins one cookie sheet might not he the best thing. Well, in any case, I'll have to give it a try, but I'm not feeling very confidant. I'll report back with the results next time I bake.

Not Impressed - too small and flimsy
I haven't used silicone baking pans before, but have been interested. After trying this muffin one, I'm not sure that I care to try others.I'm not sure if all silicone pans are really flimsy or not, but this one is very much so. I tried just putting it in the oven on the rack - my muffins came out falling over the sides and every which way. I tried again setting the pan on a cookie sheet, and that kept the pan stable so that the muffins were better. But why should I have to use another pan in addition to the pan I am cooking with? However, even with the muffin mold now being stabilized, they still didn't cook up and dome like they do in a regular muffin pan. The muffins in the silicone mold are flat and boring looking compared to the ones in a regular muffin pan.I tried baking with some of the muffin holes coated with cooking spray and others without. I didn't have any problem getting muffins out either way. It is nice that you can push the mold wrong-side out to get the muffins out easily.Another issue with this particular muffin mold (maybe all silicone muffin molds, I don't know) is that they aren't standard size muffins. This muffin mold is both smaller in diameter as well as shallower in depth.Overall, I am not impressed with my first time using a silicone baking pan.

Needs pan underneath it
I like these cupcake tins - they're the right "cupcake" size (not muffin sized), and I like how easy/quick they are to clean. However, the whole thing is pretty floppy, so you need to have something else like a cookie sheet to put underneath it so it doesn't fall through the rack.

The muffin pan I never knew I needed
These muffin molds are awesome! I usually make banana bread once a month on average when our bananas get too brown. My family prefers them as muffins instead of a loaf, but our old stamped pans were never easy to get these out of or were a little too greasy from needing too much oil in each cup. That's where these silicone molds come in handy. Set on a cookie sheet and hardly a spray of cooking oil and in the oven it goes. I'm always able push from the bottom and pop each muffin out without any tears or overbrowning like my old metal pans. I'm going to look for more silicone cooking tools now that my muffins are better than the local bakery!

Floppy and not great non-stick results
This muffin mold clearly indicates that it intended to be used on top of a cooking sheet. It uses intentionally thinner material to allow for storage anywhere. I find that to be of minimal benefit. Putting the mold on a cookie sheet is not a big deal, the cookie sheet stays clean as long as there is no overflow, and if there is, it's better on a cookie sheet than in the oven. I baked up some corn muffins to test out the non-stick and didn't get great results. I did get whole muffins when I pushed the muffin out from the bottom of the mold. But most of the muffins just broke when removing from the mold. The remaining material was easy enough to clean up.
