This product seems to work! My joint pain seems to have diminished. My sleep has never been deeper and I wake up extra refreshed. This seems to work well... BUT I am a baby when it comes to the taste... I'm not sure if other people have this issue, but I have to plug my nose when I knock this stuff back... It's not a bad taste, but it's unusual... Also... the wooden spoon... I have a weird thing with textures, and I really dislike little wooden spoons like this... It reminds me of the tongue depressers that doctors use when you're a kid... Neither of these things are even close to deal breakers for me though.Definitely recommend!

Excited to try this and opened the jar and tasted it. It is as sweet as honey and kind of runny. Everything I've read states that the flavor should be earthy and slightly bitter, with a tar like texture. This ain't it. Bonus: it's NOT returnable!

I love this Shilajit for starting my day with antioxidant support, I like to mix it with warm water like a cup of tea. This particular one is very high quality and a big serving that will last me for months. Highly recommended!

I have experienced more energy. One con of the product is it is thick and sticky, but the benefits are worth it.
