Ever since my wife's fall this instrument is just the thing to get high ceilings clean. She no longer has to worry about falling off the ladder. One of the best cleaning products on the market.

I was FINALLY able to clean the upper windows of our 2 story family room! As you can see in my photo, the left window has been cleaned and the right one has been collecting dust for years with no options that I could find to change that🙈Step 1: Use a chenille pad rinsed under hot water and rubbed in Dawn dish soap. Wring it out enough so it’s doesn’t drip but not so much that it doesn’t thoroughly clean.Step 2: Use a new chenille pad rinsed in hot water and rung out. Rinse and repeat to make sure all soap is removed.Step 3: Use a dry microfiber pad to dry the window so it’s not left with streaks.While these steps might seem intuitive, I initially started off using a spray bottle mixture of hot water and a few drops of dawn to spray the pad. Then it occurred to me that given how dirty these were, soaking the pad in water would be much more productive.As for only 4 stars…This solved my problem so I give the tool a lot of credit. However, despite the fact that the pictures show that their product is sturdy and won’t bow, that’s not accurate. It did bow a little and I also had to retighten the extensions a few times.

This is the second one I’ve purchased. The first one I ended up breaking it in the middle where the corner flips up. I applied too much pressure and accidentally broke it. It was totally my bad, but I did purchase another one because I do love this cleaning tool. so just for your day-to-day use all the metal pieces for the handle you probably won’t need but three pieces the extra pieces will be for when you’re wanting to clean the corners of your ceiling around the corners of your room. I love how it can flip up at the edge which helps get into smaller spaces especially when cleaning the bathroom around the toilets. I love that I can just pull off the pad and throw it in the washing machine and use them again and again and not have to pay for any replacements. I love that they give you extra pads for both sweeping and mopping. This is probably one of my favorite cleaning tools, and one of my most commonly used tools throughout the week.

It does the job, yes. The handle is sturdy enough, the head stays on no matter which way you turn it. When it's in use, it's actually pretty good. Storage is an issue, though. Part of the long handle collapses, part of it has to be unscrewed in sections and stored loosely. There's a peg near the head that is supposed to pin it in a storage position, but that peg broke off at some point, I don't even know when. So yeah, it works, but it does leave you wanting more.

I was cleaning some of the roof because they were quite dirty and some of the oil has started to seep, so I tried this out. Its very interesting design, where it folds when you use it, but it doesn't quite fold enough to work on the corners so you still have to push in from the sides. Overall though, it worked okay so I'm happy.

So I know that its not directly used for anything but walls but this has also worked for my floors as well. Thanks to its long reach, its also easier to get higher up on the walls. The pole is sturdy as they come so I haven't experienced any significant droop in the mop as I've been using it. It's honestly worked great so far and the fact that it comes with multiple changes for the towel is great as well. I highly recommend getting this to clean just in general.

I ordered this wall/trim cleaner to assist me with deep cleaning my previous rental prior to moving out. The triangle shape made it easier to clean baseboards and dusty high corners. It does a good job of grabbing spiderwebs and dust As a short person I appreciate cleaning tools with long handles. I will be using this for more than just deep cleaning. It makes cleaning my walls easy!

The reach is amazing. This was just what I needed to reach my solar panels sandwiched or stuck in the middle of other panels. It has done a pretty good job of removing caked on dirt.
