BOSCH DH1020VC Inline 15 Amp SDS-Max Demolition Hammer with Vibration Control

I worked with a 30 inch blade to dig out post holes in rocky ground. Worked great without having to fish the machine from the hole. Helped tremendous as compared to my 65 lbs shorty monster.

Needed a size between my large demo and my small roto/drill (both Bosch). This one is the perfect demo size. Lots of power yet lift enough to handle easily. Highly recommended.

This tool does not hit as hard as the Brute, but it is much lighter and easier on your back. It is a really good tool for medium impact work. I have the spade and the bull point. Very satisfied with this tool.

Tool is 6 stars, Amazon is 1 star. This is a great, light work, demolition hammer. It is fantastic. The price for the hammer was advertised to come with the clay spade, which is a chisel that looks like a small shovel. It did not come with this gadget. I had to order one for another $44 and lost the day of productivity.

I use this Hammer to chip vertical walls plumb. My forms didn't stay plumb while pouring the concrete. With the wide chisel this hammer is almost more than I can handle. It is easy to handle with the narrow chisel. Plenty of power for what I am doing. I found it works much better if you ride the hammer down the wall.

While I have only got to use it in one job I found it to be well worth its cost. After renting one from the big orange harware store for almost the cost of owning my own I decided to shell out the cash for this when I needed to strip floors in one my duplexes. I used this with a tile bit to tear out like, sheet vinal, and vct tiles. It worked beautifuly and the shocks in the handle really made difference compared to the one I rented that didn't have this feature.

This Demo Hammer has exceeded expectations.It's very comfortable to use and packs a punch for it's size. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that I've only had it for a few months and can't attest to the durability. I have 2 other Bosch hammers, one smaller and one larger, both have served me well for many years. I fully expect this one to do the same
