I wasn’t sure what I would think about this product but after the FIRST use I could understand what the big deal is all about. It’s very easy to glide on your skin, and it literally makes a noticeable difference in your skin from the very first use. I can’t wait to see the results as I continue it! Lightweight, is very pretty, and small enough to travel, I highly recommend this facial tool!

I’m not 100% sold on the claims that it actually does anything to help with wrinkles. I will say that it vibrates and gives your face a little massage.

This is a face massager that has loads of extras. There is a cleaning mode, red light, green light, blue light and heat. So it came with plenty of charge and I tried it out. I didn’t use the cleaning mode with actual cleaner which is what is in the instructions. I couldn’t really tell much of a difference between any of the light modes and I suspect that if you are going to see some of the results it claims it would take long term continuous use. I could feel the heat and it was nice and I was not worried about it being too hot. As soon as I took the tool and put a little pressure against my skin it would begin to vibrate or massage and as soon as you lift it the massage stops so no buttons to push to start or stop it. The button does need to be pushed to change between different lights and cleaning, heat modes etc. I accidentally turned it off and skipped around some so I think it is just a matter of getting used to all the modes and switching back and forth if needed. If you are looking for a massager with all these features then this seems like a great deal! For me the width of the roller is too big and the arch is very specific so it only works well for my cheeks and neck. Not great for my forehead, under eye or nose. Very interesting little massager!

The Sjiangqiao Neck and Face Massager claims to be a face tightening and lifting device. However, the small instruction pamphlet included does not give any specific enough directions, including on how long each treatment session should be. In addition, it has 3 different modes, but no information is included regarding how long to use each mode in order to increase the probability of seeing results.Although the product description states that "You can feel skin firmness after the first time use", I saw no difference after my first time use.Also, it uses red, green, and blue light and other at-home devices like this one recommend and oftentimes include safety/protective glasses. This makes me wonder if this is a safety concern of this device or if the light used is not strong enough as other similar devices to warrant their use.The dramatic claims, lack of specific directions, and no mention of protective eye wear make me doubt this facial device's effectiveness. Fortunately, at least it has a 30 day satisfaction guarantee.

I really like the different light functions and the variety of benefits it offers your skin while using the massager. It’s pretty easy to use but make sure you’re using a serum or some sort of skincare when you use it so it’s not dragging your skin.

The media could not be loaded.  Works right out of the box. The light turns in and changes with one button. It vibrates when you press it against your skin. It's rechargeable, cordless , and portable. You can use this while watching tv or waiting in your car. I did not get immediate results and it's too soon to tell if it's working for me.

Neck skin and tighten massager is easy to use. It comes in 3 light modes clean, heat and micro. The vibration starts when placed on skin, it felt weird when I move it around kind of gave me headache. Will try it agin to see if I get the same result.

I found this product extremely difficult to review. On the one hand, it feels rather nice to use it against my face and neck, especially with the buzzing and the heat, but on the other hand, it doesn’t seem to have any long-term effects. The product said that I would notice a difference after the first use, but after a short time using it, I’ve noticed no difference. I gave it three stars because using it is very comforting, but I can’t say that it will indeed tighten up the neck.
