This product is rubbish if i Could i would give it no stars plus. They don’t refund you the full amount they charge you a ridiculous amount to send it back they should not be able to sell this item

I purchased this product to have a go at engraving glass, it will not engrave glass or metal however will engrave plastic and is a lovely light tool but obviously the description doesn't match what it says it can do 😕

Purchased this to replace a larger engraver I had and I am delighted as this one is really good to hold, and comes with a large selection of tools (enclose in a plastic case) also some stencils which are useful, and some saw and drill attachments. Well made and sturdy for a small tool. Power is enough for the jobs I want it for. USB cable is in box too. Really pleased with this item. Many thanks

Bought to do engraving on wood for festive decoration. No matter what attachment I tried, it was useless. Power poor, heads poor… do not buy.

OK it's only £25 but it's pretty useless really. No torque at all. So, probably great if you want to engrave soft things. Like butter, or marshmallows etc.

I had a quick play when it arrived to test for purpose. A worthwhile purchase as the effectiveness was evident at removing the residue on the corner indent of my project.

I like this as it's helped me make unique gifts. It's really lightweight and comes with loads of accessories. It's pretty simple to use and with a bit of practice you can make some great unique gifts.
