Most efficient way to keep your coworkers on their toes!
Very interesting design!Be careful putting anything stronger than silica beads in here.We tried wire nuts from an electrical job and it launched those things faster than a bald eagle on meth. The mechanical trigger option is a nice touch.

AWESOME!! You will love them!!
I LOVE THESE!!! I bought 2 of these for my Nephew and Niece for Christmas. They play Nerf Wars all the time. These are HEAVY DUTY!!! You can set it off by tripwire or Bluetooth to Controller!!I even thought about buying a few myself for home security!!It uses water pellets. But, You could load other things into it. ; )How about those little SNAP AND POPS!!!???I hight recommend these!!!

Fun product
Product performs as expected. Been able to scare the crap out of the wife and kids a few times now with this. One thing to know, the plastic key needs to be twisted and then removed, which sets the hair trigger on this. You have to load it, then press it together really hard to lock it with the key. Once you do that, remove the key. It will not "explode" if you leave the key in as depicted in the instructions, which are completely worthless (of course). This applies whether you're using the trip wire or the remote control detonator. Don't lose the plastic key. Also, don't put anything in this that's hard, like metal, plastic, shards of glass, or nails. Stick to cut up pieces of old foam bullets. You'll understand why after you see it in action....

Far exceeds expectations
I held off on purchasing this for a year because I was concerned that it would break too easily and $45 isn't something was in a position to waste. Recently, I had a co-worker put in his 2 weeks and he gave me $10 towards the purchase of this thing so he could see it in action before he left. I couldn't say no to that.I got it and experimented with it before I brought it to work. The discharge is very effective, large spread and good speed, but the payload is not painful at all. There is 0 delay when using the detonator; I've yet to miss a kill. It is very durable. I have likely stuffed it too full of nerf dart heads and rival balls on occasion but haven't broken it yet.Cons:One thing worth mentioning is that the tension on the legs wear out pretty fast to the point where it won't stand up any more but I think a hammer could fix that.Charger does not indicate when it is finished charging. Red light comes on when it's plugged in and then just stays on. Left it plugged in over a weekend and it was very warm when I un-plugged it.On/Off switch is located inside the claymore where the payload is loaded. It would be nice to arm the device and be able to turn it off to preserve battery until my prey presents an opportunity for me to plant it. To counter this, I have been leaving it turned on and un-plugging the battery until the time is right. A switch on the outside would save precious time. This isn't necessarily a con but if you leave the device on and battery plugged in, you can pretty much use it for 24 hours before it dies.Other than that, it has been detonated well over a hundred times and everyone in the office both loves using it and are terrified to approach their desks after a break. I would definitely spend $45 on this knowing how it performs.

Terrifyingly realistic
Wow, this thing flings rival balls everywhere at mach 11 and it's a huge hit with my niece and nephew. I got it for their mother to ise for area denial when she needed some me time but it was quickly coopted. The remote works well, the trip wire kit is actually very useful and with the exception of the safety key, it's very well built. It's hard to load if you over fill it and if you don't use the safety key it will blow up in your face with the slightest jostle so please play safely.

Fire in the hole
This thing is crazy fun. We've gotten good use out of it with our nerf wars. Extremely strong spring, so it is difficult for the kids to set up....but I prefer to be there for the supervision anyway. It has some power to it. Doesn't fit a ton, but using the nerf balls or reusing old broken darts has worked well. I bought another for our nephew and their nerf wars once we saw how well it works.

Excellent practical joke
This is awesome, remote trigger or tripwire setup. I cut up some destroyed nerf darts & pack it full, launches good distance. Doesn’t hurt just a surprise. It would be nice to have the on/off switch on the outside, as previously stated by other reviews. Trigger is instant
