Really nice quality for the price. Nice to keep my mind rested and hands busy. New to any crafting and very easy to follow with some quick searches for videos of the different stitches. Impressed.

Received this item very quickly and it is so lovely. Can't wait to get started - unfortunately broke my right arm!! All three are very colourful and will look lovely at Christmas. Stitches seem easy and the information provided will help.

cheap threads used so makes it difficult to to get the to lay evenly plus breaks easily only one frame and not three as picture makes you believe

This says it is for beginners, but it is not suitable for absolute beginners, which is me. I needed to stop and then do one of those practice stitch kits first. Once I was a bit more proficient I picked this up again and found it a lot easier. Everything you need is included, which is really handy. The quality of the components varied a bit, but as i'm just starting out this wasn't a bother for me. Overall i'm really pleased with this product and would recommend for beginners, but not for absolute beginners.

This set contains three separate embroidery kits. Each kit is made of a beige/taupe coloured cloth where the patterns are printed on, three sharp-ended embroidery needles, multi-coloured threads and an instruction leaflet. Also included in the package is one embroidery hoop made of bamboo, small sharp scissors and a needle threading tool which is a cute pink flower.The materials seem to be of decent quality. The embroidery patterns are very colourful butterflies and flowers on two kits, and the third kit has a lovely pattern of bees and flowers. According to the instructions, the lines of the pattern will disappear after the embroidery is completed and the cloth has been washed. The instruction leaflet also shows the various types of stitches that are used in each pattern, for example French knots, satin stitch, leaf stitch, outline stitch etc. There are small step-by-step photos which explain how the stitches work. For someone who is new to embroidery it is advisable to watch a few embroidery tutorial videos on YouTube to learn the various stitches and to avoid making mistakes. For example, the threads that come with the kits are very thick and contain 6 separate strands, which is mentioned in the instruction leaflet. The instructions do not say however, if the entire thread should be used for stitching or if only 1, 2 or 3 strands are needed. I have just finished a cross stitch embroidery kit where the cross stitches were worked with 2 strands of the thread, and the back stitches needed only 1 strand of the thread. It would be good if this information was included in the instructions.Overall, this embroidery kit set features lovely patterns in gorgeous colours and comes with all the materials that are needed to get started. Although the instructions could perhaps contain a bit more information, the set presents very good value for money.
