Convenient and efficient
Works really well and allow me to add in more steps throughout the day. I love that it can be fold up to save space and also prevent my kid from going on it and messing with it. Really great investment.

Easy setup. Works great for me. Only 3rd day of use. Will be pleased if this continues.
Initial setup is easy.(just read directiins) Smooth operating walking pad/ tread mill. I weigh around 160 lbs so this is awesome. Easy tri fold to move from middle of floor. Not the cheapest But Well Made. Good walking pace @ 3mph

GREAT TREADMILL FOR THE MONEY!!!
I love this treadmill. You can let it up or fold it to put under something. It works great. simplicity works best.

Good compact option, but a little glitchy
I love having a walking pad for a compact treadmill option to hit my step goal. I’ve been using this for around 2 months now and have noticed that the speed and distance do not match up. It actually is a little slower than the set speed. Also, I have had it speed up from 3.5 to 4.5 without even touching it and yesterday I did have it not be able to turn off without pulling the safety pin.

Kinda noisy.
This is a heavy-duty, well-built walking pad that I would expect to last a long time. The walking area is large enough for a tall person (6' 2") to get a good, fast walk and some jogging. The handle, which does not telescope, is quite sturdy and works well to steady yourself when needed. It folds up nicely. The twist knobs for securing the handle must be screwed all in or out to allow the handle to move and to secure it. The control panel beeps loudly for any control change. Too loudly. If you live in an apartment or condo, your neighbors will certainly know when you use it. In operation, the motor and walking pad are actually quite loud. On my dB meter, when operating at 3 mph without me on it, it is 58 dB. When walking, there is an additional noise separate from the footsteps that seems to come from the resistance between the glide layer and the walking belt from the weight applied on each step. This produces a "WOOoo WOOoo" sound with every step. I tried lubricating the belt with silicone oil per instructions, but this did not help. So when walking on the pad, the sound level increased to about 65 dB, which is as loud as the interior of my car at freeway speeds. I am not happy with that, at all. My exercise bicycle is much quieter, and my magnetic-resistance rowing machine is also far quieter. So overall, it is a sturdily-build machine with a sufficiently large walking area that is JUST TOO LOUD. Even though it would be an expensive pain to return, I am seriously considering sending it back. One week update: Yeah, this thing is annoyingly noisy. The motor makes a loud whine with each step. The problem is that when a step is made the motor must work extra hard to continue the pace, causing the noise from the motor to briefly but significantly increase in volume with EVERY step. I verified that by bending forward and pushing on the front bar while push stepping, as if I was pushing an object forward. Then the whine disappeared, so the noise is definitely coming from the motor. Maybe a more powerful motor would help, and maybe if the treadmill could be tilted on an incline that would also take the strain off the motor (not allowed per documentation). Or maybe a light person wouldn't have an issue. I weigh 175 pounds which is well within the weight limits, so I shouldn't be taxing it overly hard. If you don't care about noise, you'll be fine. I would consider a different treadmill, but clearly ordering online is not the way to go for me. I'm returning this, which is disappointing since I had high hopes. I watched a video of this exact unit where it was fully demonstrated, and I did not notice any excessive noise, so maybe it is just my unit, or maybe the mic in the video just didn't pick up the noise. KingSmith needs to be more transparent about the characteristics of their products in order to have happy customers and fewer returns.

Excellent
I have a hulking traditional folding treadmill in our guest bedroom which I have to fold and move over when guests stay, with great effort and carpet wear. It still dominates the room.I bought this as a replacement. The contrast is remarkable. It is exceptionally well designed, easy to fold and move, very unobtrusive when folded, and insanely, ‘whisper’ quiet compared with a traditional treadmill - certainly mine. It looks sleek and fabulous. It’s a new model and looks it.It is also extremely well made and as solid in operation as a large traditional treadmill, certainly for fast walking which is my use case. It is actually remarkably heavy and heavy duty in its construction but still easy to fold and move on its wheels. The digital controls, functionality and display are all excellent and having a crossbar/handle is reassuring while using and makes moving easier. The detachable bracket will hold an iPad, but not the 12.9” iPad Pro, which is otherwise the ideal size for this use. I have a large TV to watch, so it’s not an issue for me, but enlarging the bracket a little would be my only product recommendation. The only functional downside is a lack of elevation adjustment, manual or automatic. Not important to me.My only peeves about this brand: they have too many models. I can’t believe it is a good product marketing strategy, let alone good for inventory management. Research has shown that if you offer a consumer too many choices they are less likely to buy. The app is excellent, though I haven’t been able to get it to sync with Apple Health yet. Your smart phone will display all the metrics very cleanly if you place in the holder (as an augmentation to the display in the crossbar) and it senses when you momentarily step off the treadmill. At the $499 I paid on their website with free delivery - only two days to NJ - it seems the best possible option. (I usually buy everything through Amazon. A $200 lower direct price is an anomaly in my experience.)Their smaller walking pads may be a better option for under desk office use, but for a home gym I don’t think you can go wrong with this brand and this model, especially at this price. It gives you the option to also run at up to 7.5mph.

Good product for casual exercise
This folds up nice and small. It wheels around easily. It folds up easily. The belt is wide and long so I feel fine with my normal stride. I have gone up to 6 mph on this and it felt stable. You cannot adjust the speed less than .5 mph using the control panel. I will not download the app so I don’t know if that increases functionality. I have noticed that the control panel can become temporarily unresponsive, but it has only happened once, and I kept jabbing the buttons until it worked. Since that, I go at a moderate pace, no running.Overall, a good purchase for casual, low to moderate intensity exercise. I would not recommend this for running due to the inability to adjust the speed less than .5 mph at a time and the issue with the control panel, which seems common.
