Nice Bike, Worth The Price
This bike ended up being better than anticipated. The reviews varied, so I was hesitant to purchase initially, but I'm happy that I picked it up. The assembly was super easy, the instructions are clear and easy to follow and even though I used my own tools, it comes with a nice selection for anyone that may need them for building the bike or future maintenance. Some silicone grease can help with assembly and function but it's not included. Otherwise, once complete you'll only need to adjust the seat and handlebar height as well as the lever positions to the rider. Air up the tires and you're ready to ride.Probably the most difficult part will be adjusting the front brake (maybe the rear too if yours is not adjusted properly) simply because linear pull brakes can be a little finicky, but even-so, we're talking another couple minutes. After a couple rides I'd grab your tools and verify everything is still tight and adjusted properly just like you'd do with any other bike, pre-assembled or not.The color (white) was applied well, no scratches, dings or bubbles. All parts are durable and worth the price of the bike. The multiple speed shift selector had me a little concerned that it would take a bit of time for my kiddo to get used to, along with now using hand brakes, but they picked it up right away. I'm told the seat is very comfortable as-is the rider position. We opted for the rear rack as well, which comes in handy all the time.I'd say this bike is well worth the price and if taken care of, should last for a long time. Should anything change, I will update this review.

Super sweet bike!
Our daughter was over the moon to receive this bike and so were we. Quality seems pretty darn good! She loves riding it and the size, color and style of bike is really sweet. Especially love the color and basket - perfect for stuffed animals to take a ride ;) My husband and I managed to assemble it together just fine and were pumped that it is all staying together!

Cute bike with everything
Daughter loves it. Easy to assemble, didn’t even read the instructions until the end. Quality is just like a bike I’d buy at a local bike shop with name brands! One of the only bikes available with a kickstand, basket, and rear rack for an elementary to middle school range bike (6-12 years of age) Cute color. Daughter learned to ride really easy and fast?

Good bike. Could use a few improvements to make it better.
Pros: My daughter loves it (it’s pink). It’s solid construction. Nice 7 speed basic Shimano derailleur that will help her learn about shifting. She just learned to ride a bicycle yesterday on this bike.Cons: 1: The brake handles are too far forward for a child’s fingers to reach by just reaching for them with their fingers. She has to move her hand forward to grab the brakes. These will be replaced with better brake handles. 2: The kick stand is nearly impossible for her to get out. It’s very stiff. I have to mule kick the thing to make it move. 3: Holy wow this bike is heavy! I have a 30” large Trek cruiser cause I’m 6’ 4” and this little bike weighs more than it does. The brakes work adequately to stop the bike and the derailleur is very quiet and she enjoys the bike. I would buy it again, but the brake handles are the biggest issue as she has to struggle to reach them.

This is a really fantastic bike!!!
What a beauty, it has everything this kind of bike should have. My girl says it is extremely comfortable. I was looking for a nice bike in this style but that also has gears, and this is one of the only that I found so I thank this company for making this! By the way, for those who don't know from gears - they gears included are SHIMANO - I was very pleasantly surprised to find that. They are top notch old gear company and I couldn't have been more pleased to see that. IF they need adjusting (which most gears eventually do) , know that these are fully adjustable and will be made to work perfectly. I will update if anything else disappoints, but otherwise it is a real CADDY of bikes!

do not purchase
First of all the bike is adorable, i'll give it that. It is the worst quality for an older child who can ride fast. The gears stick, the brakes barely work and the seat moves even when tightened as tight as possible.Don't get me started on the return! I returned this over 2 weeks ago and I am STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND!!!! I have called Amazon 3 times now, they tell me each time, I will receive my refund in 2-3 business days, I'm still waiting. So if you can afford it, go to a real bike store and get a better bike. It is well worth it. We ended up getting our daughter a Towne which looks just the same but such better quality.

Small bike - unsure of quality
I bought the purple, 24" with rack for my daughter. It looked small as I assembled it, so I measured the tires, and their diameter is 23" - so it is falsely advertised. (I hope this doesn't mean that if a rubber tire gets damaged, it will be difficult to find a replacement - odd sizes are problematic in that way.)It is actually a very cute bike, and arrived without damage. One washer for the rear rack was missing, but that was the only hitch in assembly. The packaging was nicely done.I'm feeling nervous about the quality. The chain was off when we took it out to test it, after we fixed that, my daughter was riding it up and down the sidewalk and it made shifting sounds even though she told me that she wasn't turning the gear shift dial. So I tried it myself, and the chain was definitely jumping gears on its own even though I was not shifting.Considering how expensive it was, I'm feeling reluctant to recommend it. There was an awful lot of packing material on it (probably why it arrived looking in excellent shape) and it would be extremely difficult to re-pack to return. There is a bike shop in town, and taking it there to see if they can fix the shift problems is an option, but I feel reluctant to invest more money it it too. For the price, it shouldn't be jumping gears and losing the chain.
