Left in its case, not because I think it will increase in value, but because I don't want to lose it
I love the movie Willow, it was one of those movies that really made me appreciate fantasy as a kid/teenager even if it isn't necessarily one of the best in the genre. It was good enough and the production values were impressive compared to other available options at the time. It also made me a Warwick Davis fan for life considering, and so I was thrilled when I saw this little action figure that captured his likeness pretty darn well.My only issue with it, which isn't really a serious issue at all, is that in keeping him at scale I'm terrified of losing him if I ever take it out of the plastic and let him roam free or standalone on the shelf. He's just so tiny (and I love the fact that his included sword is as tall as he is) and so with his back-card he stays. It's a great figurine though and while not as poseable as a lot of action figures today, it's in the style of a lot of Kenner and Hasbro figures from my childhood with points of articulation to move his arms and legs and twist his head. It's enough to make minor adjustments so he can stand freely if you do take him off of the back-card.***Overall Value***The only problem I have with this set is the price: compared to action figures made in this style from back in the day, this Willow figure is about 2-3 times as expensive as those used to be and it's not because of inflation (other non-collectible figures of this size are set at a lower value too). This is Super7 really trying to milk the "Collector" crowd and it's pretty disappointing the price they've set this at, even with special licensing that might be involved taken into consideration.Gift-wise, for a fan of the film, it might still be in the acceptable price-range but as toy with extremely limited articulation this is about $10 overvalued (at the time of review).

Perfect For Displaying
This was a gift for a friend. They have a large toy collection but nothing from Willow. The replica is perfect and the packaging was nice. Amazon did squeeze into a box which bent the packing a bit so not happy with that.

Fun.
I'm not a big collector, but I am a big fan of Willow. This figure of Willow himself is pretty great. The face sculpting is fantastic, obviously toyish, but clearly made after Warwick Davis, and the eyes and eyebrows painted simply, but flawlessly. The plastic has a little bit of flex to it, most notable in the sword, which bends quite a bit under light pressure, but snaps back to perfectly straight. The arms rotate 360 degrees, while the legs only go from straight to sitting and the head only rotates a few degrees to either side. All the joints are stiff enough to hold a pose against its own weight. The cloak is shaped more like a cape than a cloak, and is a bit soft and fuzzy on the outside and smooth on the inside. While the painting on the face is flawless, the painting on the body is not quite, I'd say an 8 out of 10, with just a few places where lines ran barely too long or didn't match up perfectly.

Great
I bought this for a white elephant gift and it was a huge hit. Loved the nostalgia it brought, it’s so silly. The person who opened it got a big laugh and luckily they had seen the movie.

Great stocking stuffer for OG Willow fans
My brother absolutely loves the original Willow, and this is currently hanging on his pegboard. He really wants a Madmartigan and Burglekutt, too.We both love the throwback to our childhoods that the packaging inspires amd overall it has the same classic look and feel from when we were kids.

Was a perfect stocking stuffer
My wife is a huge fan of the Willow and has loved it since her childhood. So I was excited to grab a piece like this for her for xmas this year. The figure looks super like Warwick David. The whole thing has a retro vibe to it when it comes to toys from the 70's-80's. The artwork on the packaging along with the figure itself really sells this feel. The build on these is right in line with the price for a collectable like this and I've got no complaints about it. I wouldn't give this to a little kid because of the sword but realistically I've not seen a lot of under 6 year olds clamoring for Willow toys. But for my wife it was a thrill and has earned a place up on her shelf.

Willow's back
For those of you, like me, who loved the movie, we can be excused from having to get our hands of such memorabilia like this. The figure looks like Warwick Davis who played Willow Ufgood in the movie. I just had to have it. Most people who buy collectables like this keep the figure in plastic, but we just had to take it out and play with it. We are just big kids.I am not sure I would give such a gift to a small child. This toy belongs on a shelf with the Gandalf and other toys for adults. The figure is quality made and the articulation works well. I could find nothing negative to say about it.Overall, it was just as expected and seems a good price for the quality.
