The trunk itself is sturdy and well made; however, it came with one of the lock inserts bent. It was well packed, so the damage was done before it was packed. That means that both sides won't latch. Due to time constraints, I had to handle bending that myself. For the price, it should not have had such a defect.

Wheels broke after first time my daughter used it at camp. The weld broke at the base. The trunk itself was fine. This is a bit too expensive to break after first use

I bought this in 2016 for my son for camp. The first 2 summers we drove him to camp and the foot locker held up. As it really did not endure any rough transporting. Last summer he flew to camp so we took the foot locker to UPS to pack and ship. The foot locker arrived bent and unable to close. Would have expected this to be far more durable. Only lasted 3 summers for us. Searching for a new for locker that is far more durable.

This is the SECOND SET of trunks that I have ordered from C & N so I think that speaks volumes about this product! The construction is impeccable and the outside finished perfect and the price incredible!

definitely too heavy to use for frequent travel. Serves perfectly as a storage piece as part of the home decor or hidden away in an attic.Packaging? Arrived in perfect condition - but quite difficult to open.

This trunk is everything that is was said to be in the description by the seller. I needed a sturdy storage trunk that would last and feel confident that it would keep the contents inside safe. It is made extremely well inside and out. I am very pleased with my purchase.
