Q: What is the measurements of this?

It’s quite small, maybe 5 by 7 inches. You also can’t use both sides, since it was inexpensive I kept mine. I already have one that you can use both sides, but neither one stays cold very long.

Q: Can these be used to keep food warm in a lunchbox?

Does not stay warm or cold. I would not purchase again.

Q: Mine smelled like alcohol when I took it out of the box. Is that normal, or could this one need to be replaced? Thanks

The odor gets stronger when you heat in microwave. I would replace, smells pretty toxic.
