Large Swivel Round Cuddle Chair Fabric (Light Grey)

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this in ocean and it arrived a few days before the expected date. The communication throughout has been outstanding with update texts from the logistics company. The delivery guys themselves were very professional and friendly.The chair itself is very well made, comfortable and a perfect balance of soft/firm cushioning.The back cushion isn't too big and provides lots of support. The mechanism was easy to remove and put back on once through the doorway taking just for screws to attach the backing plate to the base of the chair.The material feels good and not cheap or tacky which was a pleasant surprise.The whole thing swivels a full 360 and the mechanism is smooth and super quiet (literally makes no noise whatsoever even when sat down and I'm not light at around 13st) there is absolutely no movement that shouldn't be there.All in all excellent value for money, well designed/manufactured and looks amazingIf I was going to pick fault then the only thing that will bother me slightly is the two small cushions which have a brown and cream tartan pattern on the back (I'm all about teal, turquoise and ocean) but that's only a small thing.

Assembled, packaging removed when delivered. Colour is great, swivels with ease, comfortable. Delivery men very polite and put chair where requested. They apologised for not being able to take packaging away with them, which was not a problem. When I had ordered the first chair, they texted to say when they were delivering it and asked if it was ok for me. Unfortunately it was not suitable for me and they texted back to say it would have to be that day as, they didn’t know when they would be in the area again. Amazon were amazing and refunded my money. They advised if I really wanted the chair to re order it again later. Very pleased with the chair

I was so pleased when I found this beautiful chair. The colour is a lovely slate grey and the fabric is good quality and very soft. It states that two people can "comfortably" sit on this chair which is a lie! One person can bring thier feet up and sit comfortably but unless its 2 children or 2 very skinny people I don't understand how they can determin that! Especially with the two side cushions on the chair too! I have taken those off as they are pretty stiff and it also makes the chair much more roomy. Slightly dissapointed with the delivery tho. The chair was marked as dispatched 24 hours after I placed the order but I didn't recieve the chair for another 2 weeks! and that was because I was hassling them for a delivery date! After I finally demanded a call with a delivery day we finally started making progress! Delivery guys were great, all set up in a matter of 10 mins, shame they couldn't take the packaging but there we go!Now I have my room all set up im really pleased with it! Love the chair too, it defo makes my hours of reading much more comfortable!

Absolutely stunning for half the price of the three big high street stores. I was a little worried about ordering an armchair online as you are not able to test sit on it to see if it is comfortable and fits your needs. Took the risks and ended up with a chair that has exceeded all my expectations. The quality seems to be top notch ,the seat is firmer than any that I tried in the stores and for this I am grateful as it makes it easier to get out of (I found the ones I tried out so soft and squishy that it was nigh on impossible to get out of them!) The delivery men were so polite and helpful it is hard to find anything bad to say about the experience from start to finish, but.... The delivery while on time and we were kept informed well too, could have been a little quicker, I’m being really picky here though as it wasn’t that bad really. I never thought that I would ever be so impressed with a purchase bought unseen (other than photograph) and untested so am surprised at my own exuberance over a chair!

We bought 2 of these instead of a sofa. They are really comfortable and great colours too!

I’ve had this chair a month and it’s not had a lot of use at all ,it’s now not turning properly and cracks when it does ,

These may not be the best piece of furniture in the world but they’re comfortable and fun to sit in. We’ve had them for a couple of months and they’re still in good nick. Couldn’t get my mother in law out of it over Christmas. She wants one now
